When you call the person who answers the phone gives zero information and ask for your information. She says he's on the phone and he will call you back. Well I've been waiting about three weeks still no phone call, decided to go with someone else. Since calling home loan arranger it seems like I've been getting more spam calls of people wanting me to refi my loan. Maybe instead of having a human answering machine that could be done by a computer. Maybe hire more mortgage advisors, so customers don't have to wait weeks to get a reply call. If I have to wait weeks for just a reply phone call for basic information, just imagine when I'm actually in the process.

I have closed two different loans with Jason Ruedy at The Home Loan Arranger and my experience has been excellent! I SHOP RATES AND HE IS VERY COMPETETIVE! Closed my loans in a short time! He is very knowledgeable with the best rates, best term and zero cost to me!

My husband called this company a month ago and they said they were going to call him back. They never did so he called them back today to see if we could qualify to purchase a home. We learned about this company from Colorado's Best and the guy who is representing this company said that they finance even if you have been late on past mortgage payments because as he said "life happens". Well long story short we were told by this company that because we missed 3 mortgage payments in the past almost a year ago, that we had to come up with 20% down. I'm giving them a one start because this could have been said when on Colorados Best. I would have never waisted my time. I guess my thing is just give people false hope.

Through his knowledgeable information and explanations, I realized that my interest rate was way out of sinc and that he and his company could save me money by getting me into a much better loan with a better financer and a very, very low interest rate! I had started the refinance process with another company first and thought I would get a second quote before paying for the appraisal, thinking that either company could use the appraisal. Each loan company has their pet appraiser so that wasn’t transferable which makes comparison difficult. I ended up going with the second company I called- loan arranger- that had supplied their appraiser, charged me for that instead of paying half of a new appraisal because the previous loan company refused to accept another company’s appraisal. Loan Arranger caught a problem with the previous title and made attempts to fix it. However, I haven’t heard back if the title is in the clear or problem solved. My refinance went swimmingly, money credited promptly and only one quick meeting with pleasant employee to sign sign sign and it was done.
