There is one window teller that Is always rude. I don’t know why she still has a job there. Everyone else seems great. But my own mother told me she was rude as hell and I didn’t believe it until she was like that with me. She’s simply put, just not a people person. And not everyone is.

20 years I've been a customer. never had the issues I have at this bank with any other bank. technical issues, rude customer service. I can not and will not recommend this bank. I permanently closed my account today and so glad to be done week this bank. seriously! sadly I I'm friends with an officer in this bank. she was the only way things got taken care of. there are much better choices in small town banks in the area. I recommend the Glennville Bank
