I have known Daniel Estrada for several years now. He was the mortgage agent for a home I purchased several years ago and we are working on a refinance at this time. But the Estrada group made it as easy and stress-free as it could have possibly been. From the very beginning, they were upfront regarding all closing costs and estimated mortgage payments. Estrada Mortgage and Group have played a very important part of my, and my family's life. When we were having problems trying to get approved through Lennar Homes, they stepped up to the plate, and had us qualified within two weeks. Even after we had to rent a home for two months, because of the set backs that we were dealing with with Lennar, they took it to the next level, and we got approved.
