The Credit Union for Robertson County Tom Austin Hwy, Springfield

They never update the app how are you supposed to know what your balance is u can't call either and get it off the automated teller either im might switch banks.

Great Credit Union to do business with. I highly recommend them for any of your money needs.

Many attempts to get info on all 3 acts with no results. Hold put on one acct for a reason they would not tell me. Three days of calling still refusing to give info on my accts and no call back . Had to drive 30 mins one way for two days in a row and still would not give me information on why there was a hold on my account. I was told to call my lawyer about money this credit union was holding which my lawyer had no idea why they where holding it. Don't waste your time here. Very disappointed with this credit union. Closing all acts!

They have got to be the most unreliable bank I have ever used. Fist offense they called my wife threatening to repo the truck saying I didn't make payments, when I had the recipe. I had to go to the bank and show the woman who called my wife how to count. They have lost our account transfer sheets twice. Never can get a replacement card sent to the correct address even though I have filled out the address form sever times. And just now my whole paycheck is missing and they can't find it. Even though my company have a receipt of them recieving it. Stay away from these idiots! Now that my truck loan is paid off I am moving banks!!!

I won't do business with them again. My husband had been calling them for week and a half to talk to them about our loan, they never called him back. He had to call them. Also when we took a loan to buy a car, they set it up for us to make a payment within two weeks. I Will not recommend them to anyone. Also I Will not ever do business with again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bloodsucking thieves is all they are. Worse than any bank on fees. Your positive balance includes $20 that you can't spend so if you go below $20 they charge you a $37 NSF fee for spending your own money that shows in your account.

My husband and I have been doing business with The Credit Union for Robertson. County for over 40 years. Would not go anywhere else.

Not to good an experience went to sign my paper work and open a account and they never told me that it'll cost me money so they told me after I got there it'll cost 25.00 and I only had a check and a debit card along and they told me they take only cash I was an hour from home so I had to go find a atm to get cash now what for bank doesn't take cards that's retarded!!!!!!
