They were so nice at first and very helpful, but there was a big lack of communication and they did not give us status updates. We were on contract with a great house and were two weeks away from closing when they suddenly had a delay. I had to call them to figure out what was going on, and eventually they told us they were backing out due to an issue with my income that they had known about for weeks! And they weren't even going to tell us until I called and asked! Clearly they care more about leading people on than actual customer service.

We've been working with John Draper for a few weeks. We love that he's conservative and doesn't make promises he can't keep. It's one of the best mortgage experiences we've had, and believe me we've had a few!
