The Check Cashing Store N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale

I love coming to this particular check cashing store. It's never a long wait. All the employees know me by name including my favorite two DJ and Shanell. Shanell is very very funny she knows how to capture your smile and provide such a fun customer service experience. It's never a dull moment whenever DJ and Shanell is there doing what they love and that's customer service at it's best.

I love coming to this branch Elvie and DJ is always helpful and friendly. Service is very fast paste and i am always satisfied with my visit!

I did a transaction at this store not understanding much of what i was doing the cashier shenell spent the time to explain to me the steps i have to take. I was marvelled because not many people would have taken the time and patient to go through step by step in explaining . I was new to the store but i know from now on this is the store i will be doing my business just because of the professional service offer. I would recommend this store to anyone. I am greatfull

DJ at store 314 was so pleasent and proffessional and kept a smile even when we were having issues that were out of her control! She needs a raise for being so courteous and patient with everyone, even though some were nasty to her while we waited! Thanks to DJ she has got you repeat customers and we will be back now!!!

I file out the online loan DJ called me to come over she help me thru the process by going to the app on my phone with all paperwork I needed so I was able to get the money her customer service is more then excellent.

It's been over three days now try to cash my business check went to so several locations their system had problem wasnt working. I saw good things about DJ came here she was able to cash my checks walk with money thanks.
