They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I was applying for a loan today. One of the associates was questioning me about my pay stubs and my work. I expected that but I did not expect her to yell at me after I answered her question. Her attitude was disgusting. I let her know. I was so disgusted by her that I left. I ended up borrowing money from another loan company. I refuse to give business to people who disrespect me. They only cater to Latinos.

I have been coming to this place for quite sometime now and its a good costumer service. Sometimes they are busy and sometimes its slow and thats why people think that they have not enough teller but infact theres always 2 tellers that help people.

Never enough tellers. Doesn't seem like management respect their customers as they would have more help when the lines get long, they should know of their busy times.

Came here 7 times and still was never helped
