TFCU - Kenworthy Branch Kenworthy St, El Paso

This is by far the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. Your account is constantly getting hacked and in order to receive a new card you have to pay a $15 convenience fee unless you want to wait 7-10 business days to receive a new card in the mail but last I checked we all have lives and bills to pay! I'm closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. Do not trust this institution with your money.

I'm very happy that I found this credit union. They have financed several automobile purchases, and when I needed assistance with home improvements, they gave me a personal loan. The staff is exceptionally cordial, they make me feel like part of their family whenever I walk in, drive-thru or call.

I’ve been a member since 1993. This is the best credit union by far. The staff is so great and so professional. I financed 5 vehicle loans,several signature loans, two home loans and I was never was turned down for any. It’s a pleasure of doing my business with TFCU! I💕 the kenworthy branch!

Have been a member for years and I have always had professional assistants from everyone that has ever helped me with Banking Loans or any assistance I've ever needed! Thank you TFCU for always being there for when ever I needed help!

I've been banking with TFCU for 10yrs now. I've never had any issues with this establishment. This location is the closest to my residence but also the customer service has always been great. Very helpful and courteous. I also tend to get my check (direct deposit) a day before payday!

I'm glad we have a TFCU in northeast El Paso. TFCU on Kenworthy is conveniently located and hours are available certain days of the week for those of us who can not miss work. The lobby has been closed for most of COVID, but I believe I saw a sign indicating it may be open now. I also love the contest and giveaways TFCU sponsors because they promote events that highlight our great El Paso area.

Slowest drive through ever. They take slow long, make sure you gas up before you go.

I became a first time TFCU member last year when I purchased my vehicle and the overall process was extremely easy. TFCU has everything I need to bank easily and conveniently! The employees are extremely helpful and genuine. Thank you!

Very professional and customer oriented staff... Mikael assisted me in establishing my banking needs, explaining each in detail and very knowledgeable in services options. Made you feel comfortable doing business with you as a valued credit union member...not just another customer.

This is a bank marketed towards teachers, yet has the worst opening and closing times possible for them. This bank opens after teachers are already at school and then close before they can get out. And the actual wait times are even worse. The tellers are always confused and each transaction takes a minimum of 25 minutes. Maybe if they were open longer they’d have more practice.
