Texas Title Company Lee Trevino Dr, El Paso

This is for the office on Montwood. It’s a shame this escrow company has such garbage customer service. Communication with our escrow team was terrible. I called to ask about closing money and reached someone who knew absolutely nothing, left a message for the escrow officer to call me back and she never did. As a matter of fact, we never spoke to her. Then I had called to ask a question on another matter and when I asked the escrow assistant, she whispered about it to a coworker and laughed. Super professional! To top things off, they jerked around so much that our deed didn’t get recorded until over a WEEK AFTER CLOSING. Pretty sure that it only was recorded then because I emailed asking about it. Do not use this company!

Very disappointing experience from Texas Title. They lacked communication, frequently dropped the ball, and lacked attention to detail. If you want to close on time or care about getting updated on closing, then choose one of the many other title companies in El Paso. Unfortunately, my experience here was one of the most frustrating closings I've ever experienced.

You will be rushed to sign paperwork and miss out on important emails. Don’t expect your house keys the day you close. Also Sandra Tejeda treats you like if you do not deserve the house you’re signing for. The only professional we dealt with was the receptionist. Maybe she should be in charge 🤔.

The worst company we have ever dealt with. They do not return calls they do not bother to answer your questions when you actually get them on the phone. David is evasive and has no clue what he is taking about He is very unprofessional. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

One of the worst title companies I've ever had to deal with. They put in the closing papers that they sent to us, (we live out of town) that it was our responsibility to notify CAD that our property had changed ownerships which I tried to do after the closing. When I contacted CAD, they told me that they couldn't make the change without the Document number that was assigned by the County for the recording. I called the lady at Texas Title and had to leave a voice mail, she never bothered to return my call, I called again and left another voice mail, still no call back. I called again and they told me she was in but she wouldn't answer her phone, so I called on more than one occasion at different times but she still didn't answer her phone so I asked to speak to a manager, this lady was not only rude, she told me that CAD would pick it up when they received the paperwork from the county. She obviously didn't want to help, I think they were just to LAZY to give me the number. If you're looking for a Title Company, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, they're not a good company to deal with. Don't waste your time and money.

Lopez is the worse person I ever deal with in any title company never returns calls your not allowed to call her I would rather have another title company then ever go back I do 10 to 15 deals a year but I will never go back to Texas title again I'm not only one my friends have one and she treats everyone like trash she needs to understand this is what makes her check but she thinks she bigger then that I will tell everyone boycott Texas title on Lee Trevino El Paso texas

Staff (I won’t name names and speak of the business in general) is slow and unresponsive. They never even recorded that the home had been sold to the county clerk. These people should be shut down. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Just check the ratings. :/

This place overcharges, and they didn’t add me to the deed. So now I have to pay another 350$ they nvr answer my calls or call me back. They are rude and unprofessional and they need better customer service more training. But they were real nice when I closed and they took my money when I bought the house

To all concerned: I wish to express my Gratitude to all employees at Texas Title. They all express professionalism, and courtesy at all times. Sometimes they are quite busy and it may take some time for someone to get back to you, so be patient. They do respond as soon as possible. They are always busy doing the closings, paper work, answering e-mail, telephone calls, and accommodating client's necessities. I recommend this Title Company to all that are in need of help with purchasing any kind of property. Remember rule of Thumb: Always read legal paper work before you sign, and make sure you understand what it says before you sign and walk away. When working with your Real Estate agent make sure you read everything before you sign the documents for buying or sale of your property.( To many people end up paying to much on closing cost, cause many agents just right up contract to regular commitments, you do have choices in the matter)

The service is really poor here, the receptionist always say "Davids in a meeting" then they route you to the assistant who always has on her voicemail then you leave a message and never get a call back. I am waiting for my paperwork seeing as everything is paid up and I never hear from them. Beware go to another company as this one doesn't have the interests of the buyer or seller in mind. This company would be out of commission in any other big city! Don't drink the Kool-Aid this company is just awful to do business with!
