The ONLY reason I am giving 5 stars. And I mean literally the ONLY reason is because of Gaila. She has the best customer service out of every person in that building (there are a few others who are pleasant to interact with - but only Gaila has stood out to me. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and I am highly trained in this area. How you treat a person goes a long way. If I ever recommend this business to anyone it would be because of Gaila. There are too many inflated egos in the rest of the humans that work there - I couldn’t even tell you their names - that’s how unimportant they are to storing in my memory. Perhaps you aren’t significant until someone decides your worth a positive review and have a level of character that your name is worth remembering long term? Pretty harsh words but if I explained the situation that led up to my opinion - you would more than likely agree ;) anyways if you go - ASK for Gaila.

This place is always willing to go above and beyond for their members. I worked for them in the past and have had accounts there as well. The one negative review, he didn't even have an account with the Credit Union and sat in the car the entire time while his girlfriend closed HER account with them. There are policies and procedures that are laid out while opening accounts and they are very descriptive and willing to answer any questions that anyone has about or while becoming a new member. They will bend over backwards to try to make sure that you're getting the best service that you can possibly have and it's always great to see Mrs. Moore's smiling face and joke around with Layla. You couldn't find a better group to trust and do your financing with.

TERRIBLE Customer Service. Do NOT use this bank. I have banked with this bank for several years now. I have had people in the drive through take money out of my account without consulting me or asking my approval. I tried to close an acocunt and open a new one and I am being forced to have two savings accounts because they attached my car loan to a savings acocunt that I dont use and they are incapable of trasnferring my loan to the new account. However there solution was to cancel my credit card and reopen and attach it to the new account? Yet I will still be forced to have to savings accounts? Every savings account has to have a minimum of $20 at all times. Every interaction I have with Jasmin is very negative. She is rude and has an attitude that she doesn't want to be there and she doesn't want to resolve issues for you.She lied to me and told me she would have my paperwork filled out so all I had to do was come by and sign. When I arrived on my day off she conveniently forgot and I was in a rushed situation. I called prior to driving across town to let them know I was coming and still Jasmin failed to have my account information filled out. Then she conveniently forgot to have me sign a paper that she could not mail to me and me mail back because she needs an original signature? I spoke with Layla who is calling herself the CEO however has no customer service skills either. Seems to be a trend with this bank. I was told the same thing and that her resolution was to still have two savings accounts but I could transfer one of my accounts to the new account. When I tried to explain my perspective as the customer, I was cut off anf told she has already been on the phone with me for 8 minutes and I am not a customer I am a member so I guess that means I dont deserve to have an exceptional customer service experience? When I asked to talk to someone else I was told the Board of Directors would call me in July. I said that was not acceptable that there is someone else above her who should be able to resolve this simple and rediculous matter. I was told there isnt and I can find a new bank if I want. The only nice person I have ever interacted with is Pat. He is the only person that tries to provide customer service and make his guests feel welcome and important. There is also one person in the drive through who is super friendly but I do not know her name. They arent open on the weekends. They dont have an ATM. This bank doesn't want to be sucessful because they are unwilling to go above and beyond to resolve issues and treat you the way you should be treated by someone you are doing business with. I have had several people that I know complain about simular issues so I am not the only one having these experiences.

I'm sitting here closing my account right now, because this is quite literally the worst financial institution I have ever seen (if they can call it that). Even simple things that any bank should be able to do take 3 times as long as they should, and there are frequent mistakes. Then they're charging a $20 fee for closing the account, that I'm literally closing because of they're mistakes. I strongly caution anyone about putting your money in this place.
