TD Bank Easton Ave, Bethlehem

My debit card gets hijacked and the hijackers spend over $1,000 before I caught it. Shocked the banks own fraud alert algorithm didn't catch it. I call and have the card shut down then I am told I have to wait 10 days for a provisional credit, that any other bank or credit card company would give immediately. That is not a very convenient way to handle customers so the slogan of TD Bank being America's most convenient bank is a sham. Once this mess is sorted out I am closing all of my TD Accounts effective immediately. Avoid at all costs!!!

The staff at THIS location are very helpful and offer to help above above and beyond other locations I've been to. I've have had some issues with other locations. On the other hand, this bank may be the most convenient bank (as per their slogan) but the fees are down right ridiculous. If you are not keeping a thousand plus in your account at all times I'd suggest you go to another bank.

I opened my account with this branch 6 years ago. Never had an issue. Lately I’ve been calling the TD on Wyandotte St in Bethlehem because it’s closer to my house & they can never resolve my issues & tell me I need to come into the branch. I call this one on Easton Ave & my issues are always resolved. Hands down my favorite location.

WORST BANK EVER!! GET OUT NOW! It says " AMERICAS MOST CONVENIENT BANK" nothing convent about it. I checked the store hours and it was open.. I got there and the doors where locked and the ladies just stood there and looked at me. And every time I go in I'm always dealing with someone who has an attitude. i CLOSED MY ACCOUNT! HORRIBLE BANK!

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that your bank cannot make change for a non account holder. It’s not a check that needed cashed, it was breaking 2 $100 bills. I will never become a customer of this bank.

The people are friendly. However, the excessive amount of fees to keep your money in their bank is ridiculous. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. My favorites are Miss Crystal & Jacob. This is my favorite location

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE IT MAY HAVE JUST BEEN THE PERSON I SPOKE TO BUT SHE WAS REPRESENTING THE BANK AND IF THAT'S WHO THEY CHOOSE TO DO THERE BUSINESS IT SAYS ALOT ABOUT THEM.........JUST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER

Very courteous and respectful to their clients and convient 7 days a week.
