TD Bank St Georges Ave, Woodbridge Township

I’m very patient and understanding of new staff however, this new girl took 40mins and no one took over to help me. I go there for my company almost everyday and they’re constantly confused. side note: I will say the staff is friendly but being friendly doesn’t make up for incompetence

Very accommodating and nice staff. Ann Marie, the store manager, her team, Ayisha and Samantha were very accommodating despite a schedule mishap, and went above and beyond their duties. Thank you Td Bank!💪👍

Great customer service. I have an personal checking account with TD and opened a business account last week. Aisha was super helpful and patient with us.

Always soooo slow.. TD Woodbridge has been like this for years. I'll drive to the next town sometimes bc I know I'll get done faster..

Carlos was very friendly! Had the pleasure of meeting with him multiple times throughout my banking experience, and every time was fantastic. Always greeted with a smile and always willing to help!

From speaking to Carlos on the phone to speaking to Antonio inside, they were both extremely knowledgeable & professional. I was offered very great advice on a variety of subjects. I recommend checking them out in the Woodbridge TD bank.

If I could give zero stars I really would. Horrible customer service. I should've read the reviews before going there, it would have saved me time. Danek did not help me or even tried to help me. She was busy talking to other people while I was still sitting at her desk being "served" . Bottom line, take your business somewhere else.

Honestly the people who work at this bank provide exceptional customer service and that’s the only reason they are getting 2 starts. Theirs drive thru ATM is always out of service and when it is in service it outputs the wrong amount of money but still reflects the whole amount withdrawn in your balance... I want to stay with TD but every time I go it’s a new disappointment
