TD Bank Palisade Ave, Cliffside Park

Well i don’t really like to write a reviews but i couldn’t pass this one ! I went to the bank to day and i was waiting to talk with the customer service, one old lady was talking with the two banker woman and I heard it talking to her very aggressively, one of the two banker came to me she asked me about what im waiting for and my visit was about some missing money in my account! I sit and i talk to her about 3 minutes she wasn’t even listening to me and after I stopped she started to kind of interrogated me like she was police officer i was so mad with her way talking to me i just left She is from Europe somewhere her English understanding is below zero her attitude is very bad i wont recommend no one to go visit this bank her till the bank manager do something about it She is blonde clearly hair blonde worst banker i ever have to deal with

Confusing lay-out. Park in the back parking lot, walk through the wind tunnel, and make a right once you reach the sidewalk. The front entrance is there (where the ATM is too). Unfortunately, this location does not have a drive thru ATM.

It receives two stars because it used to be a nice bank. Now, I am not sure if they did an overhauling of staff but the friendly tellers who used to be there are no more. I went in there to inquire about a particular deposit. I was told by customer service to speak with a manager as they could help me with my payroll check that had a 9 day hold! Upon arrival I saw staff was busy and I was more than happy to wait. However, the teller kept saying she could help. Meanwhile the manager kept pacing behind me listening. Finally got her attention and she dismissed me and said sorry nothing we can do. I know that banks have procedures, but I also know from my experience with TD that managers have discretion too. She chose not to.

Would not give a single star but had to press at least one. Just had a terrible experience here. I wanted to notarize a form; called in advance; came to the bank only to be told that my document cannot be notarized because I am not a TD bank client. Teller escorted me out of the bank. Never will be a TD bank client, ever...

Certain customer service representatives, who micro manage, are not that polite ,especially to a young demographic audience. In my recent experiences and I’m in my mid 30’s. Didn’t even get the common courtesy to open an account, with them. My household ,whom resides in a High -Rise building in town and have multiple accounts with them individually. The world needs to be a little bit nicer, in general.

Nope...super rude. Why bother answering your phone if you wont even hear you customer out so you can provide an answer. Certainly TD can make better decisions on who to have on the schedule while we are all going thru this and leave the people who obviously are not grateful at all they they even have a job.....just wow.

I was on their virtual line for an hour and a half, but they only saw 2 clients in that time, so I still had 4 people ahead of me. Also, they kept the line active even though their bank was closed.

Worst place to visit. Double layers. First off all THEY ARE CLOSE. They are pretending to be open, but manager and two cashiers are siting behind closed doors and don’t let in. Manager very angry lady. She strongly believe that her job to sit behind closed and yell to customer: we’re closed , google wrong . Do not go to this place ever

Elizabeth and Oscar are great they are very helpful and both are very kind they helped me and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done right this is one of the better places around thanks to them treating me with respect they are a big asset to Td bank thank you

Super long lines. Waited over 2 hours in the drive thru line.
