    I have had TD bank for several years now, but this branch has the worst customer service I have had in ANY bank. The manager will pick a fight with customers and doesn't listen to what you are saying. Honestly, they have to change their staff, Today I went to do the same transaction in another branch and they helped me out just fine. Yesterday I was yelled at by the manager at the end he did what I asked for, after I had to repeat myself 3 times because he simply did not listen.

    Absolutely worst branch ever! Every time I walk in I'm instantly remindee that going there is a mistake. I will now avoid it at all cost. My bad experiences include the branch setting up a telephone pin that I was never given, signing in online for in store service and when they're system showed that there was no one in front of me I still had to wait for almost an hour because they had to honor people with appointment first, and those people never stopped coming in somehow. My transaction would literally take 1 min because I only need to sign a wire transfer authorization that was already on file. Worst part? They were the ones that screwed up to begin with. Every time I had to do a wire transfer I always had to go back because they either messed up the branch number or somehow they realize, an hour later, that my signature didn't match what they have on file. So I'd have to drive back, again. They also take twice, if not thrice, as long as other branches for a simple task. The word Incompetent doesn't even begin to cover the ineptitude of the people that work in this branch. The only exception is Andrea, she's the only competent and courteous person, if she still works there.

    I've been going to the Weston branch for years and for the most part I've always had a positive experience. Today I decided to bring my dog with me and Alex a had a doggy treat bag for her it was so cute. I will never leave this bank I love how the people who work there remember their clients and their families Alex and Andrea always ask how we are doing and ask about my little girl. That's customer service!!!!!!!!

    This bank is the worst! Not just this location but the bank itself - If there was a rating less than 1 star; it belongs to them!!! Their Fraud Dept put a "no check hold" on my account due to a simple error; yet I spent 26 days trying to find the error and paying fees to vendors for the transaction(s) that were denied for no reason. My balance just sat there for them to use! Meanwhile I could not make a purchase, use my ATM card, they wiped out by Bill Pay set-up and wouldn't allow Zelle or other transfer transactions either. I had an appt to visit the branch with required paperwork proof to release the hold (after over 20 days of conversing with them) and the day I went they were "closed due to an emergency" but yet never canceled my appointment. They also didn't follow my needed instructions to fix a transaction they messed up before closing my account. In short I had to do that and now I have another vendor claiming that the payment never went through (after the account is now closed) even though the bank shorted my check by that amount before closing the account! In short their mistake, their lack of customer service and/or concern is astonishing. Shame on you TD Bank!

    I’ve been dealing with Td Bank for about 3 years and honestly this is the most unwelcoming location i have ever been to. Poor customer service skills and poor management. I will be closing my account due to this experience. You would think a bank store manager would have the best exceptional customer service skills but sometimes you just have to think differently. Further reading the reviews on this location, it all makes sense, Manager Gerardo Belliard took over about 1 year half ago and since then all you read about is poor service at this location because of management. Jesus was a sweetheart. Thank you

    Have been with the bank many years. Excellent customer service, any issues I had they took care of right away. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Highly recommend.

    I have never people more incompetent than these fools. Making us wait until closing time to tell us that they will not see us. They told me that when I asked, and not because they cared to mention their procedure. I would not hire that person working on Sunday Jan12, 2020 from the Weston agency. They do no care about people!

    This bank is terrible, very slow service. While access is great, they often are understaffed, failing equipment (debit card replacement) and overall not great. My company has banked here for years, and finally have started to move our business. Don’t fall for the 7 days a week, it’s not worth all the frustration.

    Jasmine has to be one of the best bank tellers I’ve ever encountered. She’s very sweet, accommodating and personable. She gives TD bank a very home-like feeling while remaining professional. She is definitely an asset to TD bank!
