    I had an excellent experience and didn’t expect to be writing a review about a notary. Her name is Sabrine and she deserves double of whatever they’re paying her. She is professional and well spoken, she did not waste any time and was able to help me get answers to all my questions regarding notarizing the document. Her service is bar none - the best in New York City. I’ve been to other TD Bank branches and had lousy service over the years. This branch was welcoming, punctual and very helpful. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured into buying something and had the vibe that the workers at this branch actually enjoy their jobs and helping customers.

    Avoid this branch - they won't help you you'll just end up mad! The customer service is absolutely terrible! I called to inquire about their currency exchange services and the agent over the phone told me they exchange my currency. When I got there the customer service person told that they actually don't exchange that currency and that the person who gave me that information was misinformed - with at attitude. Train your staff! Why are you giving inaccurate info! It took me 45 min to get to you!

    They removed me from a joint account without me being present without my knowledge. Then when I went in to close it they told me they closed it for me and didn't mention my removal. Then I find out from the other owner it was not in fact closed and is still open. Pretty sure all of this is not legal/by td rules.

    Very professional personnel, polite, helpful and kind. Although the only fly in the ointment is the fact that they didnt let me took photos inside. Strange attitude, for them is a free publicity.

    Excellent customer service, only annoying thing is - they used to open @7:30 am but now changed their time to 8 am. For the wall street area not a good thing!

    Nice customer service! This bank is located at the busiest location. During lunch time or after working hours it gets very busy.

    1. Tellers are extremely rude. 2. They don't cash checks, even if you have an account; if you deposit or inform a (teller), you have to wait 2-3 days. For a bank that is open 7 DAYS???? 🤨 TD Bank has become completely unprofessional, counterproductive and does not stand for the principles that it CLAIMS to stand by. Very unfortunate, being that I've been with this bank for quite a while.

    Cops are there to prevent arson, not theft. After so many years of suffering outright theft at the hands of the most predatory business i have patronized, I finally understand why the officers are so prevalent in TD Banks: to keep people from lighting the place on fire. I signed up for Commerce Bank years ago, Commerce Bank had my account and Commerce Bank had my signature agreeing to terms. But somehow TD, after acquiring them, managed to "legally" steal hundreds(? Thousands?) from me over the years with ATM fees, checks they marked "Delivered" that I was forced to cancel at my expense, $175 in overdraft fees for $20 in items, deliberately reordered AWAY from chronological order to incur as high a fee as possible, the list goes on. Today, however, takes the cake. Literally. After successfully transferring most of my money to a new bank, I went in today to pull the last $159 out and close the account before they could steal from me one last time. As it happens, I paid $30 for my moms birthday cake the day before, knowing the money was available and not overdrawn. "Ah, but it hasn't posted yet, so you cant close your account now. Just don't use it until tomorrow" Can I just.. put cash in right now to cover the $30 "post" nonsense and close the account? "You could, but that would be ANOTHER pending transaction that needs to post. " Expletives omitted to avoid rejection of this review. This is the Black Plague of banks. Don't even breathe the same air.

    Big difference between the standard of Chase and TD bank manager . Went to chase to close a account and withdraw the balance amount : I was seated and withon few minutes after handing over of I’d the work is done . Super effeciency. Just a block in wall st headed to TD bank and just wanted to windraw cash , handed over I’d etc etc the cashier took 15min + despite requesting and stating the urgency then at the worst the manager who is supposed to provide solution took to his power and ego maniac and showed his third class standard of efficiency . Oh my god . This was the worst inefficient manager I have ever encountered in my whole life . I wish I can give zero rating to wall st TD bank . esp current manager . Zero “American most INCONVENIENT bank “

    Absolutely unprofessional staff. I am standing during rush over in a line of 10 people, and only one teller was serving customers. It is a rush hour. The other two teller on my request to help the line just disregarded me and kept on doing some other work while the line was piling up. It is a shame for a bank of such size and location. No customer service at all. The manager of this branch should be very concerned based on the amount of negative reviews.
