The best bank I have ever worked with. I have been banking with TD since they bought Commerce Bank in 2007. This particular branch and it's management team (Debbie and Nicole) are particularly fantastic. They always have change for my company (singles) and willing to even keep the bank open a few extra minutes to accommodate for traffic jams. Debbie kept me informed of any information for PPP Loans and helped me along the way. I can't give enough positive praise about this branch!

We went to TD Bank Essex branch to ask for help with seperating a joint back account with both parties in seperate states. Morgan is the absolute best. First, she knows her job, for that we are so so grateful. She's compassionate and patient, not to mention she has a really nice sense of humor. Morgan even called us back AFTER HOURS to help with this situation before she left to go home to her own life! People just don't do that anymore. If the rest of the employees at this branch are like Morgan I would say you're not going to get better service anywhere else. Thank you to this branch for doing an excellent job keeping a member like Morgan on their team, she was an absolute life saver in a really hard time.

I came in today for a replacement bank account after mine was stolen and all my money withdrawled, Vicki came to the rescue and sat by my side as I waited for a new bank card during a huge temper tantrum with my sons, Debbie than came over and drew with my oldest son and held him so I could finish the process, she also helped me walk them back to the car as I am a single mother. Debbie was by far one of the sweetest women and deserves a raise. Awesome customer service and my problem was resolved. Thank you :) My accountant was also amazing and her name slipped my tongue, I will edit this once I go back and see her.

Great customer service, and have never had any problems, although had to wait in line for a bit a few times. I have been using TD Bank across multiple locations in the country for all my banking needs for almost 10 years and have been greatly satisfied!

This is the worst bank and worst staff in banking history. After having a direct deposit I started traveling a 1200 mile journey. A couple of hundred miles into my trip I pulled over at the atm to withdraw some money and found out I had a balance of negative $17.00 I called customer service and they said my account was locked & to bring my id to a branch in the morning. So after spending the night in my car I went in to this branch and they wouldn't unlock my account because my ID is from a different state than I used Egan when I opened the account. Even though it's a legal state issued ID . and I just checked my balance again and it grew from a balance of negative 17.00 to negative 134.00 ! I can't even close the account so it could continue to grow. I am now stranded in their parking lot with no way to access my money.

On March 31, 2018 at approximately 12:25pm I visited TD Banks Eastern ave location to make a deposit. Upon entering the bank I notice that the Security officer was positioned behind the counter, directly beside the teller. As I approached the counter to begin my transaction the officer did not step away to ensure my privacy, instead he leaned on the counter beside the teller and monitored the screen as she processed my deposit. On Monday April 2, 2018 at 2:00pm I called to speak with the branch manager Debbie Kitht. I told Debbie about the incident that happened on Saturday, and the discomfort that I was left with upon leaving. I also asked Debby if monitoring the screens during transactions was a common practice of security officers at this location. Which she responded “he is apart of us and being behind the counter is apart of his job, I won’t say he wasn’t behind the counter, but I can check the camera to see if he was monitoring screens”. Ok with her response I proceeded to give Debbie the time and date I was at the bank (so she could check the cameras), and she placed on me on hold. When Debbie came back to the phone (20 minutes later) she had no idea who I was. It appeared that she was under the impression that I was another customer on hold. Obviously never looking into the incident. Now, I know that it’s Monday and Debbie was probably busy, but instead of putting me on hold leading me to believe she was looking into my concerns, she could have offered to give me a call back when she had more time to throughly investigate. I have banked with TD for a long time, during which time I have visited many locations in and outside of Maryland, and have never seen security office behind the desk DURING a transaction, or monitoring screens which hold personal information. While I felt uncomfortable about the situation, when I called Debbie Kitht today, all I wanted was to be reassured that my money was safe when banking with TD. Sorry to say I don’t.

Not only is the check cashing fee @ this bank outrageous, $7 we had to make THREE trips back to this bank within 2 hours because of the tellers inability to interpret information presented to her on when funds would be available her name was Heather I believe). After being turned away the first time the issuer of the check, told us to go back to speak with nicole, the tellers rudely informed us nicole had left for the day. Finally, THIRD trip after the issuer of the check spoke to someone who actually knew what was going on...on OUR cell phone mind you (they could've contacted him themselves=laziness & lack of customer service) I have accounts at other 2 banks and I would NEVER open an account here nor would I advice anyone else to!

been to TD BANK! Everyone is always upbeat and very cheerful!!! I've never had to wait except maybe 5 minutes in the drive up window! I'm very happy with TD Banks service and hopefully never have to change Banks!!!!!

I made an atm deposit on Thursday evening, and came in on Friday afternoon. I was told that it had to be verified and my issue would be taken care of the next morning. I called 3 times today starting 10:30am, 12:50pm and 1:50pm and issue wasn’t addressed, UNTIL 2:05 pm when the bank was closed. The manager called to tell me they called earlier and it still wasn’t available which was a lie because I called 3 times and spoke with Rebecca who told me that she “didn’t forget.. They were busy and she’ll call..”Then it was “Oh I just didn’t get a chance to call but I’ll call in a second.” Then it was “Oh the manager with a customer, I’ll have her call when she finish.” At 1:50pm I called the and I guess the manager was still with another customer. Welp, she did return my call at 2:05pm to tell me that my funds should be available the night of Christmas Eve once everything is closed! I just don’t understand why you lied and why this couldn’t have been addressed prior to closing. With working 2 jobs 6 days a week and 3 kids I don’t have time for this BS!!! FYI folks. If you are not standing directly in front of their faces, then whatever you need addressed is not a “PRIORITY” to them. Smh!
