TD Bank US, St. Augustine

Love this bank. They make things easy.

I met wonderful people upon my first visit there was Shelly, Miranda and the office manager Kevin they were all wonderful! TD has 3 wonderful assets!

Tellers are straight up rude and service is slow. I understand that corona has caused short staff, but the least you could do is be polite. Not to mention, the lack of problem solving skills and team work to resolve customer service issues seriously shows. Worst experience in a bank, pretty easily. AND no masks! Id rate zero if possible

Very inconvenient for small businesses. Especially if you're trying to grow. The personal services are just not there & the branch staff is not knowledgeable enough to help a small business with its growing needs. The branch technology is different from the home office and there is a huge disconnection that shows for various transactions. I hear more about what they can't do, rather than what they can do. The hourly staff is aloof and doesn't go out of it's way to help you either. I would not recommend this bank at all.

The staff is super nice and very friendly. I have gone there with a variety of different items I needed assistance with, from simple deposits, to cashing bonds and getting forms notarized, and have always been helped on the spot and left satisfied. I just wish there was more than one TD branch in town.

TD Bank is a great bank, I use the drive through and all the tellers are so friendly. On hot days they offer you a cold bottle of water and on the cold days, they offer you a hot cocoa. Love this bank. They seem to be open longer then other banks in St Augustine. Safe area to do your banking.

Absolutely amazing service. Abby came in on a pinch today and saved my day. I switched to td from boa a few years back because of their outstanding customer service and today just reinforced that decision. Thank you again Abby

IT rally is the most convenient bank!

I love this bank very much! We needed to wire large amount of money to Iran. Shelby White advised us how to avoid attention from the authorities by splitting one large wire transfer into many smaller deposits.

Love this bank. All the tellers and managers are fantastic. They have solutions to every issue. Best bank in St Augustine.
