TD Bank Broadhollow Rd, Farmingdale

This branch should get a zero star. The customer service is deplorable as well as the tellers and drive through. Opened an account and they did not offer any checks when I ask about it, they said I would have to pay for the checks. Went to another bank and received 3 books of checks NO CHARGE. I close the account at TD AND I DON'T MISS THE NASTYNESS. They are not customer friendly.

I had a great experience with Gusto, he did a great job, explained to me about the service and solve my problem. Parking is available, waiting time to be served depends on the time you visit them, sometimes no wait and sometimes 10 minutes. So far I didn’t face any delay or problem yet. Highly recommended to ask for Gusto he will help you. The application needs to be more detailed.

Every time I go into this branch you at least wait on line for 20 mins or more even if only one person is ahead of you. They always only have one teller and one person on the floor. I don't know how you call yourself the most convenient bank. Maybe it convenient to TD Bank but certainly not your customers. Hirer more help you need it It is not fair to the only two employees out front

ATM down, line of 8 people , only 1 teller but 4 people sitting at desks doing nothing. What a joke.

This isbthe WORST TD bank ever. Shame on the EMPLOYEES. One employee has certain ATTITUDE problem if you ARE not HISPANIC. So DICRIMINATION also. In between taking to me he was was going around talk to ladies who were HISPANIC. Who also were being helped by another employee. How could you leave and CUSTOMER and see other customer?. I will file a customer complaint with Td bank for such a BAD TREATMENT!!

Horrible bank manager he needs to be fired immediately. They withdrew money from another account i had which i didnt even tell them to withdraw it from there. The manager blamed me after i notified them their teller messed up. Saying i owe it now. THIS BRANCH HAS NO GOOD MANAGEMENT. OR EMPLOYEES. THIS BRANCH IS THE REASON I CLOSED ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH TD BANK. How is it a customers fault that their employees are making mistakes. NOT THE FIRST TIME. please change the staff in here

Always a nightmare coming in here. Over 5 people waiting in line for 15 minutes and the four bank reps running around and yelling at each other. Finally got up to the counter after waiting 20 minutes and was told I had to fill out a slip for withdrawal (even though I was told prior to fill it out at the counter with the teller). After receiving my money the teller handed me just over 4 digits in cash without an envelope without allowing me to count before calling someone else up. This is a multi billion dollar international franchise. Please train your staff this location blatantly falls short and is an embarrassment to the other td locations that actually are efficient.

Courteous staff, but occasional banking errors. I ordered checks for my business account, but the checks withdrew money from my personal account. I went there and asked them to fix it. They sent me new checks... Fast forward 3 months, and I discover that the checks are coming out of my personal account AGAIN! Apparently all they did was change the name on the top of the checks. This was an accountants nightmare, but at least they're polite about it. Also the staff is very uneducated in fiscal matters, and don't seem willing to learn.

Poor quality management, especially during the pandemic. On April 23rd, the bank reduced its hours. At 3:45 there were lines of cars needing to use the bank. Only the drive through are open. So what does the manager do? He closes the drive through precisely at 4pm and everyone online, maybe 15 cars were rudely turned away. This is no way to treat customers..

Everyone you talk to has a different story. No one puts in the extra effort to help the customer. Lines are always long, the drivethru is not wide enough to get around other cars waiting for teller. I’ve waited behind 8 cars just to get to an atm that doesn’t work. The atm inside had a line outside.
