TD Bank Main St, Southington

TD Bank has a top notch team. I’m always impressed with the professionalism they provided to me and my family.

The people at this particular branch are really friendly but no one knows how to take responsibility for customer requests, especially a small business. Constant "pass the buck", back and forth phone calls with branches, managers, people, etc. Even when I send a request via the TD Secure portal, it takes 7+ days for a response of "please call your local branch"... Then they tell you to call the 1800 number to wait on hold for 15+ minutes. While waiting on hold, I figured this was the best time to leave this review.

One women was very rude to my boyfriend and I when we were trying to deposit my check into his account because I didn’t want him to get hit with the $35 overdraft fee. She was very condescending and didn’t offer any help to resolve the issue. Will never bank with them again.

Alway have a good experience at the Bank or the drive-thru and on the phone. This is an excellent bank to do business with. I have also gone to the T D Bank on Queen st. and i have had a good experience at that bank as well.
