TD Bank Linton Blvd, Delray Beach

Worst customer service ever received. Thank God there is other TD bank stores otherwise I'd close my account with TD. Nobody knows how to do their job and they take forever to do absolutely nothing. Don't waste your time, go to another local TD bank.

A very pleasant gentleman named Atiqul helped me open a checking account and was super polite, friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend him for a super smooth & positive process. Great customer service!

just had the worst experience at the Td bank. I left speechless because I couldn't believe that people can treat other in that manner. I needed replacement of my 2 debit cards and unfortunately Joshua Pichurski was "helping" me to get my new cards. He yelled at me twice because I wasn't sure if the pin I'm putting is going to be attached to the right debit card. I had to calm him down by saying "ok, ok.. thats ok" but also got very anxious. Then he brought those new cards and say "they should work now" and he left ... leaving me in him room without "I'm sorry I yelled " without "thank you for coming" without "bye ". Nothing! Im shocked I was treated that wau.

Arrived at this TD Bank a week ago to withdraw money. I buzzed the teller and she did not respond and I totally understood because she was conversing with another customer. I would have thought she would have stated I'll be with you in one moment please but nothing . Once the customer left she replied about one minute later "Do you need a withdrawal slip"? I said yes. She sent the slip but still so thank you for your patients. I wrote the amount needed to send it back. Once I received the money she did not say thank you have a nice day or anyting. Total silence crickets..... I counted my money and drove off. Very unprofessional, not welcoming at all. Such a shame. Where is the professional customer service .

The staff here is the most arrogant, incompetent, unprofessional staff I have ever seen in any bank. Not specific to one person or event. Every time I have gone in there the staff is rude, condescending, they laugh at and talk about customers in front of other customers. George is the worst I have ever had to deal with as far as rudeness goes, and Odell (I could be wrong on the name) is one of the most arrogant people I have ever met. Just terrible. Awful, awful customer service. No one has any idea how to run a bank.

I love TD and I love this branch. Needed Notary services today, and of course it was complimentary. The young lady was very efficient, professional and happy to help with my needs. That's the A+ Customer Service I love! Thank you for the OUTSTANDING service!!! Craig Brudner

My first two experiences at this bank were great. I went back, while in the process of moving out of state, to change the address on my account. They can't do this without a utility bill from the new address. My new address is out of state. I would have never thought, with proper ID to bring this with me. The customer service who was "Assisting" me with this, looked at me as if I had four eyes and said, "You mean you don't get mail to your new address?" She couldn't have been more rude. No more TD North for me.

Absolutely the worst bank I've ever done business with. I needed to set up and appointment, however after hours and hours and hours on hold I never reach any live person. I've called at what I was told are the least busy times, no luck. Can't wait to switch banks. THEY DEFINITELY AREN'T THE MOST CONVENIENT BANK.

I’ve been a TD customer for 10 years. This is the worst branch. I came in on 1/24 to open a joint account for my daughter and I; she currently had a custodial account. The service rep said I could not do so citing laws against enforcing contracts on minors. In addition to the rude and curt stance, the rep would listen when I explained my other minor daughter had a joint acct. He told us to go elsewhere, totally absurd. We went to the TD Bank on Clint Moore down the road and opened the account, lol.

Unprofessional, incompetent, and the last people on earth you want to trust with your hard earned money. Banking is a detail oriented business and everyone here from the managers to the regional managers are rude, careless, and lack any semblance of customer service. I'll be closing my business checking and credit accounts and while not a tremendous amount of money, I will NEVER spend a dollar utilizing any TD Banking products.
