TD Bank Metropolitan Ave, Queens

This TD bank Employees are the reason I am still with TD bank. Carl and Sarah both are great. Too bad I don't feel the same about the rest of the TD banks I have visited.

Where is my girls? OMG Im so disagree with the new guy. His actitud was very unhappy , he had an actitud during the transaction , he was super slow. in conclusion his service was very bad and unsatisfied.

Carl the bank manager was awesome he helped me clear my check fast. He was friendly and very understanding. He's the man to talk to. It was a great visit. Thank you Carl.

Terrible!! They have no idea what they are doing. I've been trying to open a credit card since October, but 2 months later still nothing. Someone from the main TD Bank should look into this branch and maybe teach these people how to open accounts and what to do, because they are truly clueless. If they cant even send emails to the main bank, how are they able to manage my money?? No way! Moving to a different bank.

Best bank ever!!' Fantastic customer service courteous staff and the best accessible hours. I used to bank with Chase but they only cared for large business accounts with huge fees. TD Bank welcomes everyone and cares for all their customers..

Over the last year of having my accounts here, there is a list of issues. For starters, I was given the wrong information on phone, then in person, inconveniencing me to obtain materials I did not even need after all, thus delaying business. I had notified TD in person, on phone, and via email re traveling plans.They interrupted my card anyway. Tellers are so rude asking inappropriate questions such as: are you sure that's your real age? haha. Or asking family members just dumb questions in general. It has been rare to get pleasant customer service here, but today Sarah (Tellar) has prompted this review. She never once acknowledged me, looking at the her screen she smirked, laughing to herself, but never once looked at me. Not goodbye, not have a nice day, NADA. There have been a few good ones, but they are gone. Get your act together and get some professional training in here. I used to work in a bank, this is not run like a business. I am looking into taking my money else where. Have a great day Sarah! (The Teller with so much make up she has lost her personality).

The only nicest person I met here was Sarah, she knew what she is doing and I really haven’t found anyone that helpful in any TD Bank, guys if you are going to Metropolitan Avenue branch, find Sarah and she will be the best CSR for you all, trust me... Sarah Thank you for being so helpful..

Rude customer service...wanted to get a copy of my passport notarized and the woman that greeted me at the door said they only notarized bank documents. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. She was not nice at all.

Love TD bank. Employees at this location not so much. Rude and inconsiderate. It's a busy location so maybe they're just burned out not able to handle customer service. I will usually go out of my way to go to the TD Bank on Queens Boulevard in Forest Hills.

There is good customer service and free notary service in the bank. I didn't have any problems with this bank.
