Extremely rude. African American teller lady (02/08/2022) waited like 8 minutes before helping a line of customers when there are 2 people up front. Before that she passed off a transaction to someone younger than her before making customers wait. I wasn’t even mad until she gave me an attitude that was uncalled for when I asked her why and reason for the issue for closing out my account and she said well I know the policy and I just told you and proceeded to be rude. If you don’t want to be at work then don’t be at work.

Worst branch I’ve ever been to. Extremely long waits because there is literally only one person to help a lobby full of people. Absolutely ridiculous. Get an appointment and still can’t finish what you came for.

Do not apply for a credit card at this branch. It will be a waste of your time and a waste of an inquiry on your credit report. I funded my secured card on 7/24/21. The lady at the branch told me it will take 30 days for me to receive my card. Luckily I didnt trust what she said and wait the 30 days before checking the status. The very next week I began calling to check on it. By the 2nd week (from the credit card dept) it was discovered that the employee at this branch input my social security information wrong. I called the branch and they told me I needed to come in with my ssn even though the credit card department specifically said they needed to be EMAILED by the branch. So I went to a branch anyway closer to me and it fixed NOTHING. 4 days from now it will be ONE MONTH since I funded the secured card. If it wasn’t for the inquiry I would take my 5k and get a Harley Davidson or BOA secured card. I understand that people can make mistakes. What bothers me is that someone could make multiple mistakes like this on accident? If you handle the credit card applications you know that the delivery time is 5-7 business days not THIRTY DAYS. Even my letter stated so. How can you tell someone information THAT off? And then have the nerve to be careless with the application. I didn’t have a good feeling which is why I kept calling to check bc something seemed off about the whole situation. I do not trust TD any more after this. Antoinette you seemed like a veteran, you need to do better sis. I opened up an online checking account with no maintenance fees, no over draft fees; excellent customer service and a CASHBACK debit card. Bye bye TD Bank. At this point I don’t even care to have any dealings with them.

I rate 5 stars because of the awesome respect from security man in front. He always greets you , he really makes coming inside the bank less fustrating for me because he shows consideratio. But he is really nice . The lines are always long here , the bankers are not really helpful to me , well I did not have a good experience but the front desk reps are very nice.

Service is great and friendly overall but my only problem is the atm machine on the inside. They need to get rid of it and get a new one cause it’s jams all the time and it eats your debit card. Once they put a brand new machine in here then I’ll give them 5 stars

The staff here are EXTREMELY friendly. I've come up with some strange requests as far as how I wanted my money and they've never batted an eye or looked sideways at me. TD Bank's hours of operations and friendly staff is the entire reason why I bank there.
