TD Bank NY, Middletown

I tried to open up a business account The lady told me I need a lot of things to open up the bank account just so that she wouldn’t have to open it . Mind you I already bank with Bank of America .all I needed was my incorporation and ID . I felt rushed. look down upon sad to say because I am a person of color . I walk to chase bank rite next door opened up the account and 15 minutes Treating me good.The trainee at TD Bank was a sweetheart too bad she’s getting trained hi someone not so nice

The staff is nice but this bank is unorganized. I always come when they first open to ensure I get seen early but Every time I come here, I end up waiting an hour or 2 to be called in. What’s the point in this que system if they don’t follow it?

Terrible customer service. I was sent else where because “they were only taking certain customers because they are short staffed so they cannot help everyone and my manager just told me she’s not doing your transaction” before they knew what my transaction was by the way. He said this and closed the door in my face. Do not go here they obviously do not want to be bothered with doing their job.

The staff is very unfriendly, unprofessional and untrained and they don't know what they do!! It is extremely frustrating as they don't want to do their job.

Good td branch, and pretty quick compared to some other local banks only suggestion is if you have a sign on the door saying text for your spot in line then you should make sure to service those customers before people who ignore the sign and just walk in, or just dont have the sign and instead use a normal line with social distancing (probably corporate direction that wasnt well thought out and not employees fault as this same system is used in Queens) Conveniently located. Secured credit card i got 18 mos ago was unsecured and given credit line increase fairly quick, bank reps explained card details well and signed me up quickly.

I've been doing business with this branch for more than 15 years and have always had a good experience. I like dealing with people who know me even though I rarely need to enter the bank lobby.

I made a review a few months back saying this bank was amazing.BUT it’s not and Wendy’s is the worst of them all her attitude is what’s going to bring down the company

Too bad service, unconvincingly, close my account never use TD

This is thee absolute worse bank in the world. Do not go if you don't have too. I'm switching to Chase after this experience.

Worse customer service representatives the atm stole my card I went to speak with some one and they said they couldn't help me i needed to wait for someone else and I waited noone cane to help but everyone is busy have personal conversations and not helping worse location ever
