TD Bank South St, New Providence

Td bank is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Few nice employees but their systems are outdated for a bank that size. Not recommended.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes to open an account and left. You need to cross train your tellers to shift to the desk as needed since there were no other customers and 2 tellers just sitting there while the ONE service person at the desk was occupied with the customer who clearly was in no rush to wrap it. Not the most convenient bank ... false advertising. This area is saturated with banks ... you lost this customer and you should care.

I'd rather go to a TD bank that's further away. They don't do what you ask for they just do what's easiest.

Staff inside and drive thru outstanding helpful individuals.

Terrible service. Spent one hour instead of 10 min just to update some information on the account.

35 min at drive threw to deposit 2 checks. Really.

Love this bank, great hours, friendly staff.
