I came here 3 weeks ago because of fraud charges on my account and the woman I dealt with was very kind and helpful. Again I just had fraud charges and although she got me a new card and disputed the charges, Gail was rude, cut me off while I was talking, didn’t listen to me or look at me while I was speaking, and acted like I did something wrong even though I’ve only used my new debit card at 4 places. As if she’s the one who was inconvenienced. Her tone immediately changed when she called the next woman over when I was done. I won’t be coming back to this branch. TD is supposed to be, and is usually known for exceptional customer service. Go work at Chase if you want to be rude for no reason

Bad service except one Manager not. Good to work in place like this

Originally I called TD customer service to do an ACH to my IRA brokerage company for a year end contribution, which needs to be sent within a day in order to arrive before year end. They told me I had to go into a branch as there was no online capability to do it to a brokerage account. I went to the Green Brook branch and a banker behind the desk flat out told me I can’t. I wasted 30 minutes and now going to Chase to do it from my other account. I plan to close my TD account.

People complaining about long drive through lines DURING THE PANDEMIC when the inside is closed to walk up business just goes to show how spoiled, impatient and ignorant people are. You know you can only have like 2-3 workers in the little booth to work 5 lanes of cars right? Not to say that I haven't had issues with TD Bank before, but never with this branch in particular. The staff is always friendly and inviting and handles my business in a timely manner. But there's just no pleasing some people..

I don’t understand all of the bad reviews! There are long lines everywhere right now just be a little patient! I visit this TD at least once a week and I always have a great experience. Mia is awesome!

This location has mediocre employees, I opened a savings account because I was told by one of their employees that it will serve as a back up to avoid overdrafts in my checkings account. When all the paperwork and wait was over I thought I was all set, 2 months later I had a bunch bills to pay in a single week and I had less than a hundred left in the account. I only used the card multiple times on vending machines and I didn't think it would be a big deal because I had a savings account with money. To my surprise 3 different overdraft fees showed up on my account 2 for $175 and 1 for $105. Apparently this person never enrolled me to a service she mentioned the bank offered. Almost $500 on ridiculous fees for using the vending machine for $1 or $2. I'm currently trying to fight those. Be careful with who you deal with because their employees have no idea of what they're doing. I'd sue them if I could!

Drive through lines extremely slow and the staff moves at a slow pace. Average wait in drive through line seems to be 20 minutes and that’s being the 2nd car in line. This bank no longer offers good customer service and have no regard for wait times.

Terrible terrible drive thru service. Takes way too long and if you don't have an account be prepared to have mandatory only at the branch 2 i.d. and a urine sample. Rude unprofessional and slow . Drive to TD bank in scotch plains the customer service is number 1 its night and day there.

I had gone there to wire transfer money for the purchase of a house after waiting for my check to clear. The guy sat down with me and said it’s only been a day, how did this check clear already? As if I had some control. Then refused to transfer MY money until I came back the next day. Even though I stressed about having only a week to get my money there or I lose my home, didn’t phase him. I just went to the one in Warren. Highly recommend them. This was the same guy that tried to discourage me from adding my husbands name to an account that I was putting an inheritance. Guy has trust issues. I had to go back to this bank, because it was my home bank and transfer and close out my account. A lady named Wanda who seemed pretty moody that morning said she would help us. We were excited and in great moods. Wanda had nothing for us but monotone one word responses. Everything with her was an argument. She asked for the wiring instructions and I gave them to her. Then she asked for the banks address. (Warren was able to verify that once the same info was put in but whatever) I looked it up for her and showed her, she barely glanced at it. She then asked for an email so that I can verify the Information is correct. I then went searching through the email and couldn’t find the one from the day before. She then said well all I needed was the address and correct name and once again with an attitude. I said I was just showed it to you. I said I was looking up the confirmation email you asked for. She said I never asked for that! which I turned and closed my eyes and my hands started to shake. My husband was standing right there and heard the entire request so he said “yes, I heard you” he also had lost his patience with this girl who clearly is either still asleep or needs to be retrained in people skills. I finally asked her what her problem was? She “played” dumb. Wanda needs to go work at a DMV, she would fit right in with all of the other basics who hate their jobs. I have been with this bank for 6 years and this was by far the worst experience of my life. Don’t even get me started on the fees that drained our account right before the holidays they refused to help with. It wasn’t until I called corporate that I was able to retrieve some money back. Since I don’t have to deal with them anymore, let me tell you there is a reason they greet you at the door. It’s because their customer service sucks so they are trying to make up for it. Take your money to warren and save yourself the headache.

Long wait always. I prefer going to a different branch even if it’s farther away
