TD Bank Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven

Worse bank I ever dealt with I would not recommend it to anyone. The bank charges you nsf fees even if you have money in your account. They don't accurately post your transactions and then blame it on you. On top of that what they tell you doesn't match the transactions history on the app. These bank love to steal people money. As soon as I'm able to I'm switching banks.

I did not like the bank to much. They charged me to cash a personal check because I didn't have an account. The atmosphere there was not comfortable. But maybe it was me. I was not happy with the way they do business. In all fairness to TD bank, I called my bank and ask them what there policy was on cashing a personal check without having an account with them, and they also charge a fee to cash the check. So I guess it's just the way of the world!

Deana is the only nice on here. Every time I come here they either tell me I don't have an account with then or which account would you like to take money out. What's the point of having an account numbers is you are going to still ask me what account. I spend 15-20 mins and I'm the only one in drive through. I can go to any other td bank and I'm in and out in 5 mins

Very quiet and clean lobby, very helpful staff. Everyone there is nice.

This is a great bank. Dwaine Jones and all the staff treat you so well. I would not bank anywhere else in Florida.
