Visited drive-thru to cash a check. Do not have a td bank account so teller did ask for a 2nd form of ID which was unexpected but doable since the 2nd form could be a credit or debit card with your name on it. The teller was nice and cashed the check in a timely manner. My only complaint would be the design of this particular drive thru. The lane closest to the building is for the ATM machine which is just passed the tellers window and the actual drive thru lanes are the next 2 lanes away from the building. So you have to rely on the speaker mounted on the send/receive tube thing. If there are any other vehicles there idling it is tricky to hear what is being said and you can't read lips or do hand signals with someone you can't see either. I'm not sure why they set it up this way but that's my biggest complaint!

Bank is so unreliable! Never know if they are going to be open, don’t answer the phone when you call. Never post on their web site if they do close early. Come on people!!! Differently not the most convenient bank. I no longer go to this location due to there unprofessional operations.

Thank you TD Bank for being the best bank around. I’ve been your customer for years and have never had an issue. I do all my banking through the app, which always runs smoothly, and when we go in to deal with tellers, we always get greeted with a smile and very helpful customer service. We just came out of Bank of NH, as we only do business with rent through there, we left shaking our heads. We were treated so rudely there, my Uncle and I both. They made everything very difficult without offering any real service. The woman was very cold, short tempered and didn’t answer questions, pretty much just threw slips at me to fill out instead of walking me through my issue . We went into TD Bank after for our own banking and we got just the opposite. They were so friendly and hospitable, warm and helpful! Thank you so much TD Bank for years of great service!

Had to select one star, they deserve no stars, as they sure aren't stars! POOR customer service! Amazing how empty all the office space is here, but actually not, no reason to have staff as they do not assist the customer. 3 people in teller row, with no customers, 1 in customer service with people waiting to do business!!! No communication to those waiting except you'll have to wait longer! REALLY? Don't think so-walked out! Apparent manager just stayed behind counter and socialized with teller's. Absolutely horrible service, they should be ashamed. Appreciate the customer before there are none and you have NO JOB! Online banking will take over more and more. Employees at this branch have violated rule #1! There are other banks close by that I am sure would appreciate the business, so it's time to move-they made the decision for me! Thank you TD Bank-Gilford! Great tag line on website, what a joke! "Come in! We're open and our banking services are available at your convenience." Should remove this until they provide it!

Worst bank ever. Had problems with a different branch before, now had a teller blatantly lie about about my 2nd form of ID. They accepted it for 2 months, now they don't..... Hmmmmmm? Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

Very annoying mandatory "security code verification" by voice message or text EVERY TIME one wants to login to their online account. There IS an "opt out" choice, when one finally gets into their account, under the account holder's name, scroll down to security preferences, or whatever it's name is, then scroll down past the email address or whatever info is on that page, to the words at the very bottom of the page, that says "I would like a security verification code every time I log in". If you check the nearly invisible box, that means you do want to do that. If the box is UNCHECKED, it means you do NOT want to d that. But checked or unchecked, it MAKES you do the code EVERY TIME. Meaning one can NOT opt out of doing it, so why is that statement written there then? UPDATE: They finally got rid of it, or the "opt out" box finally works right. YEA! UPDATE#2: they did NOT get rid of it, it just happens randomly, or intermittently sometimes, other times, it DOES make u do it EVERY time. I'm going to start using pre paid credit cards, for general purchases from now on because it's a pain, messing with the code thing EVERY TIME I want to check a balance, or see if something cleared. Their recording keeps saying the bank is "convenient", when it is a pain to use the online account, or drive across town to do stuff in person, neither of which is "convenient". Nor is messing around for FOUR HOURS on the phone with various bank people, to get an online account unblocked, if you mistype a verification code #, which then uses up phone minutes, which cost money. Not to mention, that some poor people, may not even have a phone, to get the code on. Hard to believe, but some people are still that poor. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I recommend Twigby, for the cheapest , most reliable & flawless phone service available out there. You can choose a phone, from cheap & basic [very rare, but slightly possible], to higher end Smart phones [$100+ $s] , & chose your service, the lowest being only $11.28 a month. You may get free months service for signing up, as well as free airtime, if u refer others. You can sign up for automatic account withdrawal payments, & possibly set your own due dates. Plus, you get a real person's reply, in a timely manner, if you email Customer Service. You can also cancel, or suspend the service when you want. There are no hidden fees. You pick the amount of airtime you want, & upgrade, or downgrade as you want. There are no contracts. It's truly "your way" the whole way. You can also pay ahead if you want, & use the phone you already have, if it's compatible. If you go over your allotted minutes, they don't fine you. They just bump you into the next higher usage choice, for that month, such as from 200 minutes at $10 a month + tax, [$1.28], to 300 minutes at $15 a month + tax, etc. You can then stay there, or downgrade back down, if it was a one time overage. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sorry for the ad, but if it weren't for Twigby, I wouldn't have been able to access my account, when the automatic phone code was constantly on. So basically, I had to buy a phone, just to get into my bank account, when that phone code verification, wouldn't go away. So, because of that stress, aggravation & personal cost, I think it's fair to let others know a cheap option to do the phone code on, if it happens again. Besides this aggravation, TD bank works flawlessly, with no issues, for a long time. The above complaint about the code, will be erased, if the problem doesn't reappear, & stays gone.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Especially the lady with crazy eyebrows that you talk to if you have a problem with you're account. She is so rude. Definitely not someone who should be working in customer service. I've had nothing but problems with TD since opening an account with them. Very shady bank!! If you're thinking about opening an account with them DON'T.
