TD Bank E Chestnut Ave, Vineland

America’s most convenient bank closes at 5pm Monday thru Wednesday. FAIL!

Everytime I come here there’s something wrong with the ATM machines. Unacceptable

I have been with this bank for about 16 years. It has become increasingly harder and taking much longer to get waited on. Their normal "crowd" is that of a restaurant on a Friday night prior to Covid19. I have tried on 3 separate occasions (including a credit score of about 700) to get a loan when I needed it over the years. They have done nothing at all to help me. The ATM lines are always long and the machine itself has been running very slow over the past few weeks. They do not care for their loyal, longstanding customers at all. I do like one of their male tellers in there, but there was a woman one day a few months back that was excessively bragging to me about the money she earns in bonuses for bringing new customers in. This is after she saw my low balance and chuckled a bit. I told her that was great! I am not about hating on anyone, but that was really not my business for her to go on and on about. However, she was not aware that I have 7 different accounts at other banks. I do not keep much money in this account, except to pay for the bills that I want to pay out of it. I believe this will be the next account off my list. There are too many bank bonuses out there to not take advantage of at banks that value their customers. It is now quantity over quality and that is apparent with how they pay incentives to their employees. The inconvenience of this bank is now outweighing the convenience of it. It just took me 27 minutes to successfully deposit money into the second ATM after unsuccessfully trying on the first one. I figured oh what the heck is another few minutes to sumit this review 😆. P.S. I just read Carissa Forrest's review from 4 years ago. She also stated something about them bragging in front of her. Eww, that is very unprofessional and sounds like it's been going on for a while! Hey TD, you need some help over there establishing some ethics? You just have to promise to pay me the incentives that your employees are bragging about😂. Siyeeeek!

I was @ this location on 8/22/18, the end of their inside hours; and the branch manager was extremely accomodating as I sat down to wait. " Millie " was very pleasant and assisted me to open a couple of new accounts. She answered all my questions, and I felt very comfortable opening accounts there. I have been dealing with multiple bank's over the course of 35 year's, I can honestly acknowledge the helpfulness and professional people that I came into contact @ this location.

I have never found a better bank!! Their hours are terrific, their staff is superb and their products really help people over 60!! The people at this particular branch are the best I have ever found anytime, anywhere!!! I love them so much that I bring them pizza and hamburgers whenever I can to say “thank you.” The manager is really wonderful and she helps you whenever she can… And I can’t say enough about how much I love this bank!!!

Not a bank for transactions over $500. If you ever make a deposit over that amount they have the right to hold your money as long as they want. Made a deposit on the 16th and today the 21st the check still unavailable even though was cleared from the other bank on the 17th at 7:22am. Overdraft fees... maintenance fee... and forever to clear deposits... definitely it a bank for business.... and for personal account will be good if you have tons of patience and keep at least $500 as daily balance .... was treated really well by Cameron... but do not recommend the bank.

Managment should all be fired. Shortened hours and now closed Sunday's are not making this bank the most convenient bank. Why not open Sundays? Why not extend hours. Lobby is closed but damn do a better job.

Cameron is wonderful! Helpful and pleasant and so patient with my never ending questions. My branch in Millville NJ closed yesterday and I went to the branch on Main and Chestnut in Vineland. Great people, ample parking and very short wait at lunchtime on a Friday. My NEW local TD bank. Very happy! Thank you Cameron! Hope they let you know how great you are!

I went to this TD BANK and Damian helped me, he gave us excellent service, attentive to every need, explanation of the services they offer and very friendly. It was a good experience.

Horrible! I called a few days ago about a charge that was on my account and I didn’t understand what it was so I needed explanation. The guy who I spoke with didn’t know anything and told me to wait and let my account go in the negative since it was a pending charge. Asked to speak with a manager and she was just as bad!! Told me there is nothing she can do and I have to pay the over draft fee for a charge that was on my account that I didn’t do! I ended up calling corporate and they helped me with no problem and even reversed the over draft fee for me since it wasn’t my fault!! This bank is horrible and does not care about their clients and the manager is just as bad!!!
