Employee left out $100 from a withdrawal! Went back to get the money but employees REFUSED to talk to us and left us standing outside for 20 minutes! The employee who made the mistake recognized us and gave the remaining $100 (thank you). It’s RIDICULOUS that no one could walk up a couple feet to talk to us since it was an emergency mistake on their end. PS the online representative hung up on me

I was in a long line with my mom. We were all the way in the back at the end. A Spanish male teller yelled to my mom what do you want. We didn't realize he was talking to us since we were close to the entrance and there were plenty of people ahead of us. Everyone in the bank turned and looked and us my mom got an instant headache they wanted her to put out all her information so everyone could hear. My mom felt sick and uneasy because of this issue. My mom asked to speak to a manager and they said one wasn't needed so I'm assuming manager saw and heard and they don't care

We were there for bank statement. They lady over there kept us waiting for 40 minutes for without any reason which we found out later. Though she took all other customers. When we went to ask them again then they gave us the statement and was wearing an attitude all over face. So my question is why they couldn’t give us that 40 minutes earlier where we were getting late for our appointment. And if we didn’t go back and check 2nd time, may be they would kept us there whole day. They make your simple work Complicated and they will keep you waiting for nothing. They don’t even know the right answer for a simple question. They know nothing but attitude. Anyways, After that- we left from this TD bank and went to a other TD bank For the rest of the thing we needed. And the other TD bank was so good. 1 star is too much for them. They have the worst worst worst customer service. Mostly the women on the counter. They have an attitude and they seem so annoyed by the customers. Seriously TD bank should focus on this area. I don’t think it is necessary to show an ugly face to your customer when they are there also for a reason. Anyone can have a bad day but do they all have bad day everyday? Whenever i have been there- they seem so careless. That’s why I started going to other TD bank and those are far from my home but i have no option.

Not very convenient or fair. I came to this branch to cash a birthday check from my mother who banks here. They told me there was a $10 fee for me to cash it because I don't have an account at TDB. $10? Ridiculous! To cash a check written on their own TDB check.

went to this branch which I've been a member of for 2 years n attempted to withdrawal a few thousand dollars from a visa us bank account that was in my name, the drive thru teller Heather, lied n said my card was declined . I called us bank immediately n they stated that was false n I went around to the atm n took out 500 right then n there. what was crazy was the facial expression I got when I asked for the amount I was taking out , the Indian decent lady who was initially helping me seemed shocked n looked over at Heather who shook her head no as in, dont do it, heather lied and if this is how td bank does businesses family n i will be removing our money from our accounts.

Spoke with 7 employee's , 3 super visors , made two visits , been on hold for 45 minutes each time and last two times ONE HOUR to speak with a super visor. Each rep would speak over me trying to finish my sentence or kept me on hold to avoid answering my questions. I wanted to close a simple checking and savings account which they failed to do , yet ASSURED ME THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED, not 1 , not 2 , but 3 times. The past 3 months I was under the impression my account was closed and they continued to charge $35 worth of late fees to a debit card that was to be canceled over 3 months ago. The customer service is POOR, the super visor Christine literally spoke over me within a minute of expressing my concerns or even answering my questions. She sounded like she wanted to get off THE PHONE IS A RUSH since the branch was closing in 4 minutes then began to raise her voice when I asked her a simple question. SHE EVEN REFEREED ME TO SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE ANSWERING MY QUESTION. This bank is not trust worthy , the customer service is very unwelcoming and disgusting , not to mention the supervisors are misguided and lazy. This could of all been avoided had my account been canceled the FIRST TIME. IT TOOK FOUR TIMES FOR THIS ACCOUNT TO CLOSED. Not only myself , but my grandparents bank here along with my son having a savings account as well. I will make sure to not ever give my business or money to a bank that fails to deliver and provide BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY LISTEN TO THE REQUEST A CUSTOMER HAS!

I am not sure whether this is the place to leave comments. I can only find this place as TD bank head office. Here is my story: I opened a checking account online around July 06, 2019. Everything went quite well. I have got my debit card and my checking account number. When I decided to sign up my online banking. After trying a few times, the system asks me to call customer service. I asked my husband to talk to a rep from the office (her name isXXX, the employee number is XXX. Based on her supervisor XXX's opinion, XXX is not supposed to tell me her employee number). She told me that I need to go to the branch to solve this issue. I said that the nearest branch is 3 hours' drive away from my location since I am in Pittsburgh. You don't have any branch in this area. She said that she will talk to her supervisor XXX. After talking to supervisor, she insisted that I need to drive 3 hours to the nearest branch to solve some issues related to my profile even I have everything ready and correct information to sign up my account. I asked her whether I can record what we are discussing. She said no after consulting with supervisor. I almost beg her to find a better solution for me. She still insisted. I have no choice. She then asked supervisor to speak to me. It became more interesting. When I asked XXX for his employee's number, he said that he can't give me his number and the rep was wrong to give me her number. I said "Do you think it is reasonable for me to drive 3 hours to get to one branch to solve some issues related to my profile?". He didn't show any sympathy, instead, he insisted me going to the nearest branch. He also emphasizes that I can't record the conversation. For the whole conversation, he has been not professional at all. I wonder whether he is the right person to represent your bank. To be honest, I am really disappointed. I have never got into this situation before. I hope this will only be an isolated case.

I Would Give this Branch 5 Stars on best customer service . I Would like personally to Thank Mr. Hesham El-Shahed for his outstanding customer service making sure the bank customers are all taking care of. I had a Problem with my business account in another branch and i really had hard time getting the issue resolved. after speaking with Mr. Hesham he went out of his way contacting the other branch and taking care of my Problem right away. i had this issue going on for over 20 days and he just got it resolved in no time. I would say this branch is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee who really care about customer satisfaction and making sure all the bank customers are taken care of. Thank you!

I had verified fraud on my account which was supposed to be handled and it was not. I sat on hold for almost two hours nothing got resolved. I reached out to my branch on limestone road and they were unable to resolve and told me that I would have to sit on hold for another two hours. The customer service for Td Bank is garbage. I will never recommended td bank to anyone ever again.
