TD Bank Market St, Philadelphia

What a horrible bank. If I could , I would prevent anyone and everyone from doing business with them. In short, I have a heloc with td. I’m in the process of trying to refinance my home with another bank. While the paperwork has been complete we have been waiting for TD to subordinate the heloc. There is no phone number to call and they are understaffed to process this request in a timely manner. We are now over 60 days past the initial request and TD is costing me $1000s . I would stay away. I’m Ready to contact my Congress person about their poor service .

Terrible bank with horrible services. It is the most inconvenient bank.

Showed up over an hour before close on Saturday. Wasn’t helped despite there only being one person ahead of us in line. Understaffed and inefficient. America’s most convenient way to waste your time

Just waited an hour at this branch. Staffing ridiculous- 1 teller and 1 customer service rep for a Saturday. They said they would inform management, but clearly that staffing level is what TD wants. Amazed how little respect TD has for customers. Even the teller saying how bad it is to customers and customer service rep had poor attitude. Didn't even apologize for wait.

This bank stuff are extremely rude, incompetent and waste of time. The employees and their manager are the worst on earth! They are misinformed or don't even understand why they are getting their job! Never back to this branch

I had an issue to address so I called the 800 number. Although TD Bank claims to have the fastest service. I find that to be far from the truth. As for answering the telephone they seemed to be off for the day every time I called. 'Always"

This location is highly understaffed. I can go there in the middle of the day on a weekday to make a simple deposit and the line will be 10 people deep. I have never had a problem like this at other locations in the city.

Always a line! Unlike other TDs who have someone jump in to help, they just make you wait..poor service. They're still nice people but c'mon... step it up.

Great experience today - Daniel was great, helpful, and quick opening up a new account for me - and love the new FitBit I got for free too.

The help is always delightful Pleasant most the time there's somebody there to open the door for you I find the doors are very heavy one fellow behind the counter David is just a sweetheart
