TD Bank S U.s. Hwy, Port St. Lucie

When recently opening a business account at the TD bank in PSL on US1, I had the best encounter! Michael and Stephanie went above and beyond to streamline the experience for me. I appreciate the time and detail that they put into my account as they were thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. Extremely friendly and down to earth, couldn’t recommend them higher!!

Anybody would be hard-pressed to find a better and more caring to a financial experts then at this TD bank. From the managers Michael and Assistant Manager Stephanie to the caring and knowledgeable tellers I am blown away at how amazing everyone is. They CARE and are VERY customer centric. Thank You TD bank for having this branch at the Wynne Building.

Banking is just debits and credits until you meet the right professionals that take the time to understand your unique needs. Michael the branch manager and Stephanie were the right professionals for my banking needs. Having owned a business for many years I was impressed to learn of different ways I could diversify my accounts to better suit what my business needed. Beyond my business checking and savings Stephanie made suggestions to establish savings accounts now for our newborn, something we hadn’t yet thought of. This wasn’t just debit and credits it was an experience for my long term success.

Instead of letting me close my account, they said "I have pending transactions" aka more over draft fees. The worst service, don't know how your still open.

Besides taking forever, this bank smells horrible. There is this musky smell combined with smell of smoke. It is gross to say the least! This is very unprofessional and disgusting. I, myself am a smoker, but I hate the smell of smoke in a professional business place, much less, a bank such as TD!

For the most part everyone here is friendly. You're met by a nice security guard at the door. The place is clean and well maintained. Frank, the assistant manager has been more than helpful and knowledgeable on all my inquiries. There are nice deals for students and elderly folk. I would recommend this bank to anyone.

I think they're great! Every one of the tellers has been nothing but polite and very helpful EVERY time I've been in there. They know my daughter by name, usually offer lollipops, and the few times I've brought one of my dogs they were greeted with bones before I could even finish filling out a deposit slip. I simply do not understand how anyone could rate them a 1. ??? I just don't get it??? Some "people" in this world are just negative grumps and are just never happy. :-)

So riddle me this TD Bank. I have a United States postal money order. And your bank will not honor that. Once again I will say United States postal money order. And the first thing the nice lady at the counter tells me is open an account and we can cash it. Don't think I would open an account with this bank for that reason.

Terrible. The employees are very inexperienced, can not do the services that the bank provides. When asked to do a simple transfer they just replied they dont know how to do it and told me to drive to another bank that's miles away. No manager on duty. Very unprofessional.

Best bank ever aways helping with my needs and wants 24/7 thank you 17yrs and still going
