This location is short of tellers. They have one teller working meanwhile they have 13 clients to use this teller. They need to schedule more tellers for the weekend.

Customer service was always good so far except for one time with a person named Favricio Acosta. He was so rude and behaved so bad and wanted me to leave the place with out he attending me saying that he doesn’t have whole day to take care of what is needed for me. I was there on time on a Saturday afternoon. He barely spent 5 mins with me. There is another lady beside him trying to calm him down but no use. The management should take care of such issues for better customer service experience.

This bank, TD Bank, with it's many branches in the central Jersey area, used to be a good bank. But, lately, they've been horrible. I've been a customer of theirs since 2011, and am becoming less and less happy with their service. Granted, I only pay a dollar a month fee for my checking account with debit card (as long as I keep at least a hundred in my account-yuk!), but they are getting harder and harder to deal with, and less and less "convenient", as they advertise. They closed the Somerville branch, right in the middle of town on Main Street, with it's super convenient drive-up ATM, behind it in the parking lot, which I had used and enjoyed, for many years, and they never had any branches anywhere on Easton Avenue, or in the Bound Brook area, or anywhere close by on Route 27, so I often have trouble getting to their inconveniently located locations. Then they closed walk-in access to the Raritan branch (and even closed their conveniently located bathroom!) One of their great features was that I always could find a nice bathroom to use at a branch, whether or not I had any business to do there on that day, but now that is gone! And now I'm told that I have to "sign in" via text to use the lobby in the branch in New Brunswick, right in the middle of a busy city, just to get change of a five or get a printout of a small purchase I made at WalMart, a few weeks ago? How f'g ridiculous is that!?!? And of course, they won't give you an ordinary email address so you can flood them with your complaints, because they are a bunch of WHOOSEYS! They claim they are concerned about your "security and privacy", so they make you go through a whole lot of rigamarole just to use their "secure email", in order to send them a complaint, when in reality they are lying. They just don't want to hear it from one of their really angry customers! Frankly, if I were you, I would NEVER use them for my bank. I give them a MINUS TEN STAR rating, and wonder why google only has 1 thru 5 star ratings, and not negative ratings, also? All they do (TD Bank, that is), is make things difficult and inconvenient for customers, nowadays, when things used to be so much better...they are slowly taking away everything that WAS nice and convenient about this chain of bank branches, in central New Jersey, and only are making useless excuses about why they are doing that...what a shame...

I was here to notarize signature for my son's visa. Lady was talking and talking more than 2 hours to another person I keep requesting but she not even look at me. It took 1 min to notarization my paper. Never ever want to come back here.

Way way way too slow. They must hire more customer service reps. In the age of digital banking, no one is willing to wait this long anymore.

Went in for change for my business and they had no bag for me to put all the change in it and the person was the manager and rude with an attitude, this bank need better customer service, as a good standing bank it should have bags because customer doesn't know that this cheap bank doesn't provide bags.

Incredible service provided by this location specifically. All staff was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. I plan on staying with TD for a long time.

The speed of the service at this bank with its banking consultants was terrible. It seems as if they were having personal conversations instead of handling my needs. it's took 30 minutes for one of them to even address my issue of getting a new debit card. Simply terrible!!!

I went to this bank today March 2nd 2016 not only did I come in early at 840 when they first started to open with noone inside except one other person. As I explained to the teller that I had lost my card she told me I would be helped by another lady sitting down who had been busy helping someone which is alright. Then another person comes in am also has to see someone, there were 4 employees working a manager a drive through an as time went by the other person who came in had left. 2 other people who had only been waiting 15 min were starting to get mad about the wait. The Manger than who says nothing to me cause I guess a 19 year old kid isn't important. Helps a person who was in the bank for not even 5 minutes. He is a bad Manger an should be fired. Then I do not have a drivers license an they told me u opened the account with one I explained that I did not an showed them my pasport she then said oh well then we'll have to mail your card like what is the difference. Then after being upset about waiting so long an her not helping me at all I was just going to leave an call or do it online, but I also need money I also do not want this bank anymore an I went to talk t the teller who gave me all the $$ out of the account so what is wrong with this bank. I just do not understand at all an now I'm on hold with the customer care an it has been 25 minutes. I also did nt leave the bank til 945 an it was all for nothing an I'm missing work because of this I'm not from around here at all an I also have been here before an the teller recognize me an everything
