Very poor customer service and overall banking experience and staff knowledge of their own banking system. Unable to provide any help or guidance with a problem that are they are solely responsible for. Unreliable with no accountability at best. Would not recommend to anyone.

This bank has been great from start to finish. The staff are super helpful and Sean has been amazing. Helped us both setup new accounts and filled us in on everything required and more. Cannot recommend anymore highly and the opening ours are also great. Well done TD bank and Sean 👏🏼

Closed my accounts after years of service issues. Had to come in physically to renew CD at current rates otherwise I was given rates lower than the savings account, effectively reducing my yield from 2% to 0.10%. The last straw was when the banker failed to deliver on the renewal (after I visited in June) and it took me months to realize my money basically wasn't earning anything. The bank would not correct its error so I closed my accounts. The (hopefully) final insult is now that my accounts are closed I lost access to statements online. I've closed accounts with other financial institutions over the years and always had access to statements for upwards of two years. TD Bank routinely underwhelmed and I'm happy to take my business to a local credit union. You should too.

Walked in and was obnoxiously in the lobby by a pretentious manager who was up in everyone’s business. Super annoying. Then I went over to Maria at the customer service desk and she was awesome, she totally turned the experience around. Super helpful and willing. Totally saved the poor impression I got on the way in. She was just real, authentic and helped out by going the extra mile in a non-pushy way. TD, get rid of this new Manager preying on customers in the lobby thing and give Maria a raise!!

Would be one star, but the location is clean and nice and the tellers seemed all right. Had an awful experience at the customer service desks. I feel compelled to share because this is the first and only time I have had a negative experience with TD Bank since opening my account in January 2010. My fiancée and I went in to get her a new debit card for our joint checking account since her current one had stopped working. We waited for a disproportionately long time before the rep came out to greet us. His name was Edward and I immediately noticed that he had a vacant stare that seemed to be his only facial expression. He barely spoke at all. We sat down at the desk and he grunted a request for both of our licenses and debit cards. We explained what we needed and he said nothing and proceeded to spend almost twenty minutes vacantly staring at the computer and occasionally clicking or poking slowly at the keyboard, all the while saying absolutely nothing. Growing impatient I asked if there was a problem and he said that he couldn't find the account number. I asked if he wanted me to tell him what it was since I know it off the top of my head and he didn't answer. A few minutes later he claimed that my fiancée's debit card was active and we asked him to change the PIN number. At a turtle's pace he continued to wordlessly poke at his computer until finally she was able to use the PIN pad to input a new number. He then claimed that he could offer us financial advice, which we promptly turned down. We went to test the card on the ATM, and wouldn't you know it? It didn't work with either her new or old PIN number. Big shock. Rather than sit there any longer, we went to a different branch and within ten minutes we walked out with a new and fully functional debit card. Never going back to this branch. If you need anything more than a deposit or withdrawal I'd recommend going to another location.
