TD Bank Livingston St, Norwood

It's new era of covid and maybe time to change to online bank. I went drive though then they told me I have to go into bank. I followed app for waiting process. By the time, I go in, I really needed to use bathroom but I was told its employees only and it won't take long. So I tried to hold as much as I can. While she was away for my paper work, I was in real emergency. So I stood up and walked few steps. Lady next desk told me to stay in my seat. I told her, I'm real urge to use bathroom so I needed to stand up. Well, only reply was it's only for employees. What a bank. I'm seriously considering changing my bank. There are good online bank now. Why do I need off line at this point? Even fast food store let customers use bathroom.

Recently I received THE BEST service at this branch. They are short staffed, along with most businesses, but they are stepping up to the plate and providing excellent service.

Horrible place to do banking. They do not care a bit about the customers, even if you have been with lifelong. There are other TD branches elsewhere, which give reasonable service.

Got to the drive thru at 5:53. Two younger women working. I gave them my check to deposit and I was told that it was made out to my DBA(which by the way is on my TD check), so they couldn’t deposit. Was not looking to cash just deposit. I have deposited checks made out to my DBA countless times and never an issue. By the way they confirmed this. The Latina girl was not rude but the other girl was rude and obnoxious. Complete disrespect and will be closing all my accounts in the near future. Very upsetting and I will tell you this is not the first bad experience I have had at this branch. I will be contacting management today.

The only thing good about it this bank is it with ours. It's customer service is horrible. They often can handle simple request, the denomination of money request, balance request. I've been told more than once that they don't have any large bills. One of their managers Muhamed is a rude arrogant individual. Commerce bank was so much better.

Quite the bunch of incompetent, self-righteous and aggressive employees. Starts at the top where the seemingly belligerent branch manager enjoys talking about herself and loves to tout her 35+ years of experience in the banking industry. Not really sure why that would be a relevant or positive attribute!! Tracy, the assistant store manager picked up well on the branches culture set forth by the manager. She seems to embody the attributes of a little barking dog without any true substance in her words. It's unfortunate that the branch is run this way.....the lackluster client ratings/reviews certainly reflect upon their hostile behavior.

Just closed my accounts. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the ATM, (the grumpy guy was fixing it as I was in there closing my account - who was VERY rude to me as I accidentally went out the wrong exit). There are also not many locations in the area.

Not sure about the other reviews, but TD Norwood always takes care of my family and I. They are polite and courteous and actually remember the little things that you talk about with them from your prior visits.

The customer service representative Maria Clemente is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Worst service ever. If you are in customer service, be nice. Do not be trashy. NMLS ID #876201 Maria, shame on you.

Fast and friendly service..great hours for my business..always courteous and smiles...helped me with my customers and wire transfers. Glad to have my business here at the Norwood branch..
