I've been with TD since before they were TD. Almost (If not over) 20 years now. I don't have enough time to write my thesis on why this bank is bad, or all the issues I've had with them. I have 2 accounts. I received a new card for the one, but not the other. Went in, waited 30 minutes, and because it was after close I guess they were in a hurry to get me out. After my 45 minute long lunch break, I left with a new card for the WRONG ACCOUNT. Now I have to try and go back AGAIN, to get the correct one. Heaven forbid you call their 800 service, you just get transferred around and hung up on. Bank elsewhere. I just don't understand how or why this is even possible, especially in the banking world. What if a mistake was made and too many zeros were added to a deposit or withdrawal? How can you generate a new card for the completely wrong account...

I normally bank with a different TD branch, but the other day I decided to stop here to make a simple deposit through the drive through on a Wednesday afternoon at about 4:15 pm. Three lanes were occupied and one car was ahead of me with only one teller working. I could tell she was frazzled and overworked. I waited for 25 minutes before getting into a space. While I was waiting, the car behind the car directly behind me decided to jump the line and move into the 3rd space once it cleared. She blamed me for not "choosing a lane" when I argued that being the next car in line, I get the next free lane. After the headache of the argument with the line jumper and the whole experience taking more than 30 minutes, I called the branch to speak with a manager when I pulled away. I had to leave a message as no one answered the phone. I said I am ready to write a bad review about the branch but will refrain from doing so if I get a call back by the next day. Two days have gone by and no call back. If anyone cares about my 2 cents, there should be a sign better directing cars to wait in a single line until the next lane opens. Next, under no circumstances should a complicated transaction hold up other customers who may have quicker ones. One of the cars was in the lane for 25 minutes. The bank should have resources to pass a more complicated drive-thru transaction along to someone else in the branch so the teller can keep the line moving. Without that, you have zero respect for your customers' time. Since no manager or anyone from the branch cared to call me back, here's my review. I am not returning to this branch again ever, and will make sure I do business only at the Folsom branch where this sort of nonsense never occurs.

I Love the new way TD Bank made it easy and convenient for me to get to the services I need without, all that frustration, and hassel with passwords, accounts, mobile deposit. It helps a whole less time on phone talking with agents/ representative I see the possibilities for that. Thank you TD Bank

Longest lines consistently. They know when it gets busy. Same times every week. And yet they only have one teller. Lines out the door. I have an account for Wells Fargo and never have i waited this long at a Wells Fargo branch compared to the daily ritual of waiting 20+ minutes to deposit a check here at TD. Follow the advice of previous people on here and bank elsewhere, as it shows that customer satisfaction here isn't a priority. I won't even get into the fees they implement...

I don't know why other customers rate one star, I was with first trust bank, bank of america and if you have a problem over the weekend you talk to a robot and if the problem you have the robot don't recognize it's telling you to call Monday. Anyway I open a personal and business account and I had a problem and they fix it very professional. I'm very happy with TD bank.

I hate coming here! It’s always long lines in drive thru no matter what time you come. I understand we’re still in a pandemic but customer service is not all that great either! Which makes it worse. I’m glad I have an account somewhere else so I don’t have to come here that much.

TD bank is the worst bank I’ve ever encountered. Beside the countless fees they hand out, this place does NOTHING to make my business with them pleasant. I took all my money out and will never enter another one again.

My expierence with this bank is good. I had one issue with a teller in training who didn't tell me that my account would have been over drawn if I pulled a disclosed amount out of my checking accountI cashed a check on Friday. I made one transaction but the teller made a mistake so it had to be two transactions. Well that messed me up. I owed over 70 dollars on overdraft fees. For someone who did not purposely do this, I was quite upset. I called the Live Person hotline number on the back of my card, and the Call Center helped me fitgure out the issue. I go into the bank today, to get another refund that had to be done in the branch. The teller wasn't wearing a name tag, but she was so helpful, so nice, and generous. She had to grab a manager to override something and the assistant bank manager was also extremely nice.

Horrible costumer service in this place. Young lady i dont know her name, (i ask her but she didnt want to tell me her name), anyway im going to call td bank corparation supervizor, owner about this place and im going to big complain about her. She was on the drive true window at nearly 6.15pm. And she didnt even ask me what i want i send her my debit card and money she didnt even ask me my id, and i press the button to try to speak with her she said she is not going yo answer me. Thats reallly horrible experiances. Thats not happening first time. Because always im working with this td bank. This lady second time helping me ( not helping) never smile, never hi, never asking what i want. She is very rude young lady. Td bank have to do something about her. Or they will lose all the costumers. Thats horrible.

Went thur drive thur 1st with a walker mind u 😆! No 1 was working it's open till 8pm. Then walked in no deposit envelope at all. Then the machine would only take $20.00 of all the cash i had 2 deposited. Same thing happened with drive thur when i went back 2 it. Was really dissatisfied and frustrated.
