Went above and beyond! Our experience was smooth sailing when my husband and I found SummitMortgage (thanks to our realtor, Joe Leksich!). He specifically referred us to Vicki (Reed) Partaker who was fantastic! Her experience in the business shines through and even after we closed on our house and we needed something from them that we had misplaced in the move, they were right there for us. Fast at responding, sweet and friendly staff at the office, and they actually take the time to explain everything to you and answer ALL of your questions - which I had a lot! Definitely a 15/10 experience!! :)
