    Customer service needs much work! Went into the bank as I normally do after being a member for over 6 years to deposit a 401k check. The bank teller and manager made it known that the check looks fake. I understand protocol call the company and verify the check but to tell a customer to their face as if they're a criminal is not good customer service. I will be removing all my money from that account and closing it and going to the Financial Center Credit Union thanks for not having good service!

    I am so disappointed with Teachers Credit Union I have been a member since I was 19 years old and I am getting ready to be 36 so gushy is a long time to feel like the customer service is poor, so many people that work for teachers are very sarcastic and caddy like today when I spoke to a gentleman he was very rude but he was from the call center department I always get the run around when contacting Teachers Credit Union, I also always have to call back a bunch of times before someone even answers then after that it is rudeness I called last Thursday left a voicemail and today is Tuesday and I still have yet to receive a call back This is so annoying and makes me not interested in banking with Teachers Credit Union moving forward Today I left a voicemail on Debbie her voicemail so I will see and hope I receive a phone call back because this is beyond ridiculous The Customer Service needs a major shift and this is one dissatisfied member…

    This business is unfair. They don't want to work with you when an issue comes up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

    So i Love this bank, everyone is really nice and it's easy to make a payment. HOWEVER, someone told me to make it online as it is much easier, and let me tell you, i have changed my password, I dont even know how many times to log into online bill pay, but it keeps saying my account is disabled. This system is probably THE WORST part about paying online. I have NEVER had a website with this much trouble. this has been going on for about a year. and still doesnt work. everytime i change my password and then try to log in and it still doesnt work. This is so inconvenient.

    Great place, very clean & super friendly bank tellers. The cop however, could've said hi back, that is the only complaint I have. I'd rate 5 but that cop.
