Pleasant helpful people, nice place. The bank machine at this Post Road location seems to not work properly. It frequently rejects the last 2 cards I have had-their Debit Card! I can use their Debit Card anywhere in the country, but, my home Credit Union location just often does not work. They have a problem with their machine. They replaced my Debit Card again, which now only takes about 5 minutes-they for it in house. Hopefully, the new Card will perform better!

If only you could give no stars or negative stars! Please save yourself a headache. Do not deal with the stupidity of such an establishment. Since the opening of the bank account up until today, there's been nothing but issue after issue. Ranging from the proper paper work not being turned in to them just not getting anything right or done correctly. I've never had so many problems with a bank. I have no idea how they are in business when I'm sure they can't manage to tie their shoes correctly! If I were you, take heed and bank else where!
