The first offer on a perfect home for us was not accepted by the seller because Amie said she could not get the loan closed within 30 days. Even though our offer was by far the highest one presented, the seller needed to close within 30 days. A few days later Amie said she could easily close in 30 days. Amie did not respond to emails in a timely manner. We had to ask multiple times to get our questions answered. She did not seek out solutions for us. Amie did not familiarize herself with our details. Once I received a job offer letter I asked her to provide an update on how the offer affects our qualification. A couple emails and one week later, I still don’t have an answer.

Amie is one of the most knowledgeable mortgage lenders I know. She explains the process and the numbers and is realistic with timelines. Getting a mortgage is complicated and time-consuming. Amie has many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. She is always my go-to for any and all mortgage and refinance issues!
