I have been taking their services since 2014. Very nominal fee and I always got a very good response from them. My case was complicated, yet Mr.Ramakrishna has spent time with me personally to understand and suggested solutions. I agree that I could not reach them most of the time or reached some other person, but I can understand their workload during this period. Most of us do taxes in the last minute. Given the industry we work, one should guess what it looks like. I am happy personally.

Provided some general guidance. No proper recommendation on how to incorporate a company. Discussion went too much out of scope and never replied to emails or calls for a follow up. Would have given 4 start if they facilitated follow up.

This is the worst firm which i have never seen. They don't answer to phone calls and they are taking life time to send the tax returns. I strongly suggest not contact this firm for tax filing. I will give the no star for their services.

Very poor management ... They don't know English and very unprofessional staff .. It takes long time to get your tax paperwork and no one respond. If you email they will not reply to your email . Don't even try this people for your tax filing. This is worst management and people . i wouldn't recommend this company for any services ....

They are professional. I was filing with them from 4 years and they maintained all my old tax documents . They appears to be slow but i am not in a hurry at any time.

I used them for filing my 2016 taxes and I got good response and help during every step
