I cannot say enough about Tang Zeng & Associates services and staff. They have handled all of my families personal and business accounting and tax preparation needs for years. When I received a IRS examination notice, no one was willing to take on the case, not even my personal accountant at the time. Mr. Tang accepted the case after hearing my story and successfully helped me abate all charges. Mr. Tang and his staff are experienced and professional. They patiently answer all of my questions and helped me navigate through the hard economic impacts of the pandemic. With the health crisis going on and my busy work schedule, Ping made it extremely convenient by communicating with me over the phone and email if I couldn't come in. I even called her late one night because I had a question and she was very sweet and gave me good advice. This is the first time I came to Tang Zeng Associate to file my 2019 tax return. I’ve been too busy with work and haven’t had time to file my taxes due to COVID. The deadline was approaching and I needed a tax firm that could complete my tax return as soon as possible. I contacted them and sent all my tax documentation to them through email. My tax return was completed the following day, and all I had to do was go to the firm with my original documentation to verify and sign the tax documents. Overall, the experience was great! Not only were they respectful and professional, they were also quick and efficient.

I highly recommend! Ping is very honest, very easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. It was my first year filing taxes and I was very confused with what is going on, but luckily Ping guided me in the right direction. She was very thorough in explaining me the whole process.
