    Got my car loan through them. Yeah, they’ll give you a cheap rate but the customer support is beyond horrid; website is a joke; they will nickel and dime you in fees until you’re paying way more than if you went with another loan provider. Do yourself a favor and heed all review advice and do not accept a loan through this company.

    Been with them Roughly since 2009 no loyalty and no communication. JUST FEE AFTER FEE . NO EXPLANATION NO NOTICE . NO MORE. TIME FOR A CHANGE. I have a limit and know how many times can use my card. I try real hard to NEVER USE MY PIN # BECAUSE I KNOW I WILL BE CHARGED A FEE. I BEING CHARGED A FEE FOR AMOUNTS, WALMART,GIANT EAGLE& NOW BATH & BODY WORKS. I am running out of places to shop and use my card WITHOUT BEING HIT WITH A FEE.

Additionally, regarding notices and communication, we do post notices on our website and in our blog regarding issues that affect our members.     (1)Got approved for a 10,000 used car loan. Taleris was no help in assisting with that. (2) Applied for a personal loan and was denied. No reason as to why. Brian and Jessica are basically useless. (3) I don’t even think there’s a branch manager. I called and someone could not tell me the name At ALL!! A bunch of dummies!!!

Our loan staff is very diligent in trying to get our members approved for loans, but that doesn't always work out. Unfortunately, not everyone is approved for a loan. Anyone who is denied for a loan will receive a letter via mail with information as to the reason.     Pay attention to all of the awful reviews this Credit Union has!!! They offered the best interest rate when I had applied at a local dealership so I just went with them, not knowing the three years of constant hassle they were! I have never in my life dealt with a company that “loses” checks in the mail more then they do. Sure once, I could see something happening, but no. Five separate occasions they’ve “lost” my checks in the mail. I swear it’s just to make you pay their online and by phone processing fees. Their staff is AWFUL as well. You can leave voicemails, emails and no one ever calls you back. The only time you’re going to hear back from this company is when the rude man from their collection department is calling you because another check “got lost in the mail.” Do yourself a favor and pay that extra .05% of interest and avoid this awful company! To sell my vehicle the buying party wanted a 10 day pay off letter with their letterhead. Something that any company should be able to provide, but nope not them, not surprising either. We had to go through the hassle of four way calling to get a verbal from them, which not only the buying party, but the other financial institution has never heard of. My favorite part about this company is knowing I never have to deal with them again. Save yourself the hassle and find a financing institution elsewhere!!

    I have had good luck with this CU. I have refinanced 2 vehicles here directly after some challenging credit issues and both times Susan and Kristen were available to help.

    Go somewhere else to bank, I was charged 2 overdraft fees on an account that has a $5 required balance, I hit the wrong button typing in the payment to my credit card which took the balance down to $4, noone would reverse the charges. I didn't even overdraft the account and was charged $74!!

    I’ve been a member for years without issue. I’ve had to call the loan department twice in the last 3 weeks and unfortunately talked to the same rude person each time, who wasn’t very respectful and didn’t seem to appreciate my business. After both those experiences and looking at other reviews I’m starting to have second thoughts.
