Nice facility and staff but as usual with a dealership don't even think about being in a hurry

Took my 2012 in here for a problem with a noise that freightliner in PA heard and started to replace parts all covered by Detroit warranty..Had to go was already a week down and was making a run to memphis.. about a 1hr and a half south of Nashville noise came back.. called this place TAG to let them know a few hrs b4 we got there somewhat about the problem.. also called PA freightliner to have them send over y it was in there since it was the same problem..PA sent over everything to these guys b4 we ever dropped the truck off.. Dropped the truck off talked to troy ask to talk to the tech so there wasn't no guessing game. I was then told by Troy that I couldn't speak to no one. Well needless to say 2 weeks later they want us to pay a 600$+ bill for absolutely nothing to do with the reason we brought it in.. I know they didn't read what PA freightliner sent cause 2 days after dropping it off the called me asking what was the truck doing.. said they would put it on the Dyno mon Thursday for 30min is when it was done.. so needless to say 2 weeks at this place they did absolutely nothing as to what the truck was brought in for.. My experience with this place... needs to be shut down.. Maybe it's a good place if u need a oil change or some decals put on... stay away from here O/O...

Great facility for waiting on a repair. Free use laundry room, clean private shower rooms and a very decent drivers lounge.

Great people, high integrity and work ethic. Freightliner is always 1 and 2 actuaryly the best models OTR. Ask for Jason,Tim or Brad and they all do a good job.

Expensive , slow , rude especially in parts and don't communicate with there customers.

Had oil leak in axle They change part some gasket for 2.64$ And billed me 410.00 total Way expensive never comeback
