Synovus Bank Lebanon Pike, Nashville

Nothing about this bank is good. If anything, the tellers at this location are very friendly. This bank takes too long to clear transactions even on the week days! I tried closing my account just for them to tell me that it will take a couple days. I’ve never heard of such with any account. I had high hopes but it just didn’t work out

Sharon is an amazing banker and gives extremely good customer service. She has provided me and my family with all our banking needs. Sharon has helped us with accounts, any type of card issues, loans, etc and takes care of you every step of the way. Synovus is an amazing bank. They treat you like an individual and not like a number. The staff, the ease of conducting business, and friendliness of the bank is top notch!

I cannot say enough about the customer service that I receive each time I come to this branch. The tellers great me by name, and I always feel valued and welcomed. Sharon specifically has been a tremendous help to me with both my personal and professional banking needs.

I recently transitioned to Bank of Nashville. My previous bank was a smaller branch and I enjoyed that because of the personal attention I received. Bank of Nashville - Jackson Downs Branch - is comparable. Costumer service is exceptional and Brad Young, the branch manager, has made my transition very easy and has been readily available to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this bank!

Phone banking is below standard. Unable to get hold of a human. Lack of options to choose to redirect the call.

While customer service is very friendly they are incredibly slow.

Wonderful service all around. You couldn't ask for a better bank, doubly so.
