Rich with Synergy was outstanding! He communicated with us and was ready to close 2 weeks earlier than the original date requested. We had to wait on the other lender (buyer of our old house) before we could close with Synergy. The other lender had a 2 week head start and still needed an extra week before they were ready to close.
