    I’d like to give a shout out to the sales team there at Sweeney Chevrolet for managing the head about $5000 in rebates. I went there looking for a new Silverado, And they still told me that I was going to finance $45,000 on a $48,000 truck with $10,000 in rebates so they didn’t sound right so I went to Canton and I got the same truck in a GMC for 38,000 so I would suggest going to Sweeney Chevrolet unless you really do your homework before you go. Needless to say I’ll never buy anything from that dealership!

    Bought a lemon and have been dealing with this nightmare for 5 months now, with no reasonable offer from GM yet, bought a 2017 Camaro SS back in February, 2 months later the car was in the shop for an unexplained noise from engine area, took almost 3 months for dealership and GM Field Engineers to figure out it was the engine. The clutch, flywheel, and engine have all been replaced, as well as the defective hood decal, now I get the car back and new hood decal has bubbles and creases, looked like a high school shop class installed the thing, but it was done at Kings collision by supposed experts. Now the front stabalizer extension went bad causing the car to swerve over 55 mph, I am told that has been replaced, but obviously I am concerned as to what will break next, I have hired an attorney and will be pursuing a lemon law case against GM, since they have not made any reasonable offer, like replacing the car or buying it back. Such a shame they took our tax dollars to bail them out, but will not do the right thing when a customer buys a faulty car. Buyer beware if you buy a defective car GM standpoint is to fix the issue regardless of how long it takes or how much the new owner is inconvenced. In my situation the car will be going into the garage soon, so I bought a car to have it sit at the dealership the whole season it was meant to be driven and GM does not see any problem with that at all. The dealership has tried to lessen the stress some, and communication was good, but they sell cars that the manufacturer won't stand behind, so unfourtunately they get a low score from a highly upset consumer.

    I called Sweeney and was randomly connected to a salesman. I knew exactly what I wanted and I didn’t want someone that would talk me into something else. I was lucky enough to get connected to Mitch that day. He took down my information and specifications of what I wanted. Within a few hours he had run the numbers to get my payment where it needed to be and had found me the EXACT car that I wanted ( I needed a roof rack, captain chairs, and either silver, white, or black). Mitch never tried to upsell, or change my mind. He just went to work to get me my new Traverse. I have already recommended Mitch to a friend. Mitch answered the phone by chance, but next time I am in the market for a new car, Mitch will be my first choice!

    Purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze less than 2 years ago. In June of 2017, I took it in for an oil leak. They told me it had 4 oil leaks and the bill was $1073. It was hard to believe that it had so many leaks, but I paid it thinking it would be fixed. We noticed it was still leaking so we took it back in July. They said it was leaking oil from a different part and said they needed to replace the manifold, cover, and outlet, and that it was going to cost over $800! We were angry that it was not fixed the first time we paid $1073, so we told them there was no way we were paying an additional $800. After a few days of not hearing from them, we called and they said it would be $500. My husband told them they to do better than that and in the end we paid $321.75. Just had it back in because we noticed it was still leaking. They told us it's not leaking oil but coolant now. It just cost another $170, plus another $74.95 for them to pressure test the air conditioner. I told them the air conditioner wasn't working so could it be from the coolant issue. They said they checked and it has a crack in the condenser and that it would cost over $400! I will never ever buy another car from them!!! I will not be surprised if my car begins to leak oil, or something again, and being that we have paid so much money to Sweeney, I feel like I have to go back one last time and remedy this problem with the manager. I am beginning to think they do not have qualified mechanics so they just guess whats wrong and the customer ends up paying for repairs that are not necessary!!!! And to make me feel better about all the money I am spending on repairs, both times I was told of all the problems the chevy cruze has, so they sold me a bad car, but are telling people what a great car it is!!! Total cost of repairs since June 7,2017 $1,637.35, outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
