I only invested and for the first time I needed to leverage my investment to payoff a higher interest card. They were extremely helpful guiding me through the process. They promptly proceeded my request and I was given a check. They also set me up with a repayment plan I could afford every month A year later I wanted to payoff the money I borrowed, once again they guided me through the process and I just paid myself back and I couldn't be happier. Each of which have given me the comfort and security to stay with State Farm, and had no interest to leave the personal attention provided, just to save pennies at some other agency!
