Pawn shopping is one of my favourite things to do. There are amazing deals out there if you just look around and are patient. I am a huge tool fanatic so I look for things I dont have. This location does not have a lot of inventory on the floor which has been weird during a pandemic. You would think more items would be available because less people are working according to the news. This is a pretty clean shop in the staff is friendly. I am not sure how much bartering these guys will do because I only saw a few things I wanted but didn't necessarily need. I saw a Pioneer DJ mixer that was on sale which seemed to be a fair value if all of the periphials worked. I am still on the fence for an aviation headset they had on display. Again, this was a decent deal but I have seen better for used equipment online. Tool wise they didn't really have anything I wanted; however, many of the items were missing parts. They had a pretty cool welder but it was missing the leads and a rotary tool was missing the head. If the items were available for these tools I probably would have picked them up today. Buyer always beware when buying used stuff, luckily most places have a grace period for returns.

I took in a welding machine and was offered $100. And I mean I only needed the money until payday, and the guy told me that I had to clean it because he saw a small spider, after unloading (it’s very heavy) and cleaning and testing it the rude guy asked me if I knew how to use it? I did but not like a pro, and he straight up denied me. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated after everything they made do, and I’m not a strong girl. I cried so much when I got into my car because I really needed the money for me and my kid. They can keep their $100 dollars and shub it where it don’t fit because they did not have to make do all that extra stuff, they could have denied me from the beginning and that’s it. Watching them laugh as I left made me feel so angry inside and no wonder people retaliate against them it’s because they are so cruel

My experience witht then was great even though i got my item back broken. I called the next day during business hours n the supervisor was amazing n gave me a item similar to my item that was broken. But the item he replaced it with was bigger n better. Thank u so much Rene for replacing my item with no hesitation. I highly recommend doing business with them again

I have been a client for a long time on purchases, layaways and pawns. I have received nothing less than great customer service. Even after the changes that were implemented in layaway recently, they still try to give their best every time.

Came in to pawn of some old stuff that been hanging around the house. Came in helped right away since there was only one other person ahead of us. After we were helped we were told that the other guy had to cash us out since he had the register key. The other guy asked if we were helped. We told him what the first guy said about cashing us out. 30 minutes we waited, other customers came and left with their cash. I noticed we were the only white people there waiting. People coming up asking questions the entire time. Yet another white person asked a question and he was told he had to wait behind the red line. So we finally spoke up after 30 minutes, and was told that some one would get to us soon. Really? So we left. Obviously its because we are white that we didn't get cashed out, to include the way Adrian talked to the other white guy. Dude money is money! Racist customer service. Definately take all my future business else where!

Check prices before you buy anything! Strolled through during the day and prices were $5-10 less that full retail price for same item. Why save 5 bucks when you can buy the same item brand new with warranty!? They do have good customer service and are quick to ask if you need help

me and my wife have been going to this paw shop for years! and we think that most of the staff at this place is very professional except for this short Mexican lady who is a manager! every time we dealt with her she's been rude! and very unprofessional! but the rest of the employees are very helpful!

That new. Manager Sarah suck she did not have no. Manager skills always talk the young girls about going out no manager. Should. Not do at. And she rude .i hope u guys do some. To her
