    Jason the Manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store has the absolute biggest selection of designer purses I have ever seen at a pawn shop. Also they have better prices than the other pawn stores I had been to. Check them out for designer shoes and purses and also I noticed some instruments, gaming systems and laptops too. They didn't have a long wait at all and took time with their customers. Will definitely reccomend! 👜 👟 🕶️ 👛 👠 Save me a couple Coach and Michael Kors bags and if you get size 11-12 women's shoes in 🤳 lol

    Dishonest business. Watch out for the fat one she's a moody rude jaba the hutt look-a-like. Just because you're fat doesn't mean you have to make everybody else's lives miserable.

    Gloria is the worst manager I have ever encountered at a Super Pawn. I walked in with my baby boy and she threw him across the room because he didn’t have a face mask on. I picked up my baby and left. 😢Worst service ever. Don’t come here unless you want to get beat up by Gloria ... she might run you over with her car because you looked at her. Employees are a 10/10, well some.

    Lady's working there was very friendly and answered all my questions. BUT as far as the business goes they dont offer any military discounts or even returns on video games. I wanted to return the game same day but couldn't. $22 wasted.

    If you buy something from this location be sure to lowball them because they lowball the customers selling items. Example , $100 modem 2 weeks new they'll offer you $5 then sell it for $90 . Don't pay half of what this location is asking .also usually a long wait while employees sit around and talk in the office . *****Update ****** New employees are a lot better, even helped me carry my 65' curved TV to my vehicle , Warning they won't keep your items after your 90 days are up any longer ,they used to keep them for an extra 30 days so plan accordingly .

    If only I can give -0 stars! The worst thing ever, its my first purchased in this pawnshop and no reason for me to comeback! They told me 2 weeks it will be done, and now been a month of waiting and I called again they told me another 4 weeks?! Really? They should have told me right there the minute I wanted to resize the ring upfront that they only have people doing it then I would have resize it to other jewelry store! They asked $35 to esize a ring! So annoying, they cant even give me a rignt answer. Just ahh blah blah we only have one jeweler...The the hell! dont ever do any resizing on this shop! or go in this shop you will wait forever. They seems they dont know at all! Not coming back on this pawnshop and hoping they will be out of business soon!!!

    I would love to start by saying Gloria needs to get re -trained on ethics and customer service. Workers like Gloria only bring business down! I hope she changes her bad habits and start’s conducting business the right way for the Brand she represents! 4/2/20

    Terrible customer service if you want to return something that defaults. I purchased a few Wii games for my kids and the girl who rang me up states clearly to me and my husband they can be returned within 7 days if not working. None of them worked and when we tried to return I IMMEDIATELY got attitude from an older male hispanic merchant. He tells me first it has to be 7 days,I show him it has been 5. He then smacks his lips and tells me one of the games cant be returned only switched, I agree and ask for the difference from the others I want returned. He then calls over a manager and she gets agitated stating I cant return games. I explain to her the employee on the receipt told me otherwise and on the receipt it doesn't say games aren't included. She rolls her eyes and tells the guy to "just give me the money" as if I did something wrong. She reads the number of the employee who first rang me up and she's sitting right next to us,she proceeds to ask her if she told us we can get a refund. Of course the untruthful employee turns red and blurts out no that it must've been for something else. BUT we only bought games so how could it have been for something else??I couldn't believe it! Never going to this Superpawn again!

    I called and the manager personally told me she doesnt take yeezys. She only takes nikes and Jordan's. So I informed her "maam yeezys are made by Nike and are the highest priced nike" she paused for 5 seconds and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. And this happened today. About 10 mins ago. On Sept 1st 2019. About 2:54 PM I called from a 702-559-**** number

    The lady that was there on 10/07/17 3:50pm (I think is a manager... wish I could remember her name) didn't seem very professional. She laughing about something I'm bringing in to which I have brought in before & just got out a month or so ago. Then I tell her that I've done business there before & to look me up & that I never had a problem before. She tells me if that's the case the other employees weren't doing their jobs right. Then she finally looks me up & agrees but to a lower amount (which is fine...is what it is), but then goes from speaking English to speaking Spanish to the worker that is helping me (which seemed a little rude). Then once it looks like (at least to me) that they are just going to give me the money without seeing if the product actually works, I said "so you laugh & claim what I'm bringing in is "dirty" as your basis for not doing business, but now that you are you aren't going to check to see if they actually work?" Then they pretend like that's what they were going to do all along. Just frustrating & not good etiquette.
