Bad customer service. The guy at the shooting range was rude and wasn’t entertaining or helping us out. And for rental there’s not a lot of options for long guns.

Strongly recommend avoiding this business. The guns are EXTREMELY overpriced and the employees were rude and utterly unhelpful. Just my 2c.

They have it all... prices are right and service is excellent...Answered the phone everytime I called and everyone helped even though they were super busy... wow great place to purchase guns and accesories...

Just made a call here and had several questions... Staff was very pleasant!!! Told me to have a great day!.... Sometimes that's all we need to hear on our way to the gun range! I definitely enjoyed that call 😂😂😂

As an African American Male it's bad enough when the police dont like us.. but it's even worst when we decide to go to the range on a Saturday morning to be racially profiled as hoods and Gangsters based of gun choice..and then for it to be a conversation had by Range staff and also customers is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and quite frankly disgusting behavior..I am appalled at the behavior and i hope this is Corrected because i come here often to shoot and buy ammo and who wants to be subjected to things of this nature I sure know I don't.

Professional staff available in any purchase. Warm and Inviting atmosphere delivered continuously through knowledgeable gunsmiths. Extensive variety of options needed.

Stopped in when in town. Great store, unbelievable selection. This is what a gun store should be. Staff was friendly, will be back.

Great selection but customer service is very poor. I have been here twice I needed help and no one could help me or point me in the right direction.

I went to/called multiple places that didn’t have exactly what I was looking for...this was the FIRST to say “one sec, let me see if one of our vendors have it”...3 days later, it was in my hands...will DEFINITELY return and refer them...
